GoogleZoe Challinor who is the Senior Mortgage Consultant here was beyond brilliant when she took care of literally everything I needed when handling my mortgages. Her professionalism, helpfulness and more than anything knowledge of her field was invaluable to me. She clearly knows what she is talking about, could not be more willing to help and when she's on something you know it will be done to the highest standard. Any problem or obstacle that presented itself, she always found a way to work around it.

TrustpilotWorst estate agent ever in Leamington… They force you to use their mortgage advisor
Worst estate agent ever in Leamington Spa. We are trying to buy a house and whilst putting an offer on a property we have been told by them that if we don't use their mortgage advisor we are not likely to get the house. Surely this must be illegal to force us to use their mortgage services?! Very dissappointed. I will be complaining to the property ombudsman.

Terrible service. Poor knowledge of pricing and market conditions. When you do talk to the office they are underprepared to help with queries. Dismissive of legal issues which more professional solicitors have given advice on just highlights that the staff are out of their depth and experience.

I would not recommend these people to sell your home. The manager Neal signs you up then leaves you to young inexperienced sales people that probably would be better placed selling shoes.

Their representative turned up to value my property and didn’t appear to have any knowledge of the area and properties in it. She actually asked me what I thought my property was worth then proceeded to give me a very low valuation without even looking at the outside area.Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Absolute bunch of unprofessional sales people. If I was selling a property I would be very unhappy, invariably too busy to pick up the phone. Didn't turn up for viewings or allegedly just late. Don't deserve to be in business. They just lost a cash buyer.
