GoogleI rented in droitwich for a year. When I had trouble with a neighbour the staff in the branch didn't want to know. And I did lodge a complaint. Yet demand huge fee's for next to nothing. Like reference and renewal of 6 month tenancy. The hardest thing this lot have to do each day is to decide what to have for breakfast!

GoogleUnprofessional and unhelpful. Travelled 2 hours to have a viewing. Almost nothing worked in the house and heating couldnt be fixed before I signed the papers and write a complaint! Avoid at all cost unless you want to get robbed (for two people moving in you're looking at over £600 in fees!!).

Hi Rafal, we are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service you received from our Droitwich office. I have spoken to the Branch Manager with regards your concerns that there were maintenance issues in the property you viewed. She has advised that the property is heated by electric storage heaters which were turned off due to the property being vacant. These are in perfect working order however as they had been switched off when the previous tenant vacated they had no heat stored, and so unfortunately would not be able to produce heat immediately. The water was also turned off, again due to the property being vacant. I understand that a new extractor fan had been fitted however was not working at the time of your visit, which the branch have apologised for and have confirmed that a contractor visited the property yesterday to fix this. I understand that the branch assured you that the extractor fan would be in working order before a potential moving date, and were happy to turn on the water/ electric heater and have you visit the property again in the next day or so, which you unfortunately declined. The Branch Manager advised that you had requested a contractor visit that same day to fix the fan however this was not possible due to it being very difficult to arrange a contractor at the last minute for non-emergency issues. The office would be more than happy to continue to assist you with your property search, please do not hesitate to contact them for any more information or to arrange any more viewings. GoogleWorst estate agents. Firstly the amount they charge for admin fees is ridiculous and for what? Paperwork what paper work its all done on the computer they change a few words around on a template and you have to pay for that! Rented through them twice now. First time round an agent entered my property with their own key without my consent. Second time round the lady who did our tenancy agreement for us was the most judgemental and rude person i have ever met no customer service skills at all! We had a bad landlord who ignored our emails and refused to give us a reference when we decided to move despite being asked multiple times by us, the referencing company and leaders themselves. He also refused to let me be present during the check out process which tenants are entitled to be at. The property wasnt cleaned when we moved in either. It just shows that the employees and landlords are just as bad as each other!
