We chose Chatterton’s on the strength of their reviews and that they were local to us. We were not disappointed from our first phone call to handing over our keys they were all excellent their support , help and patience were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for them it didn’t matter what time or day we phoned they were always there with a reassurance that it was all going fine. We had rather fussy buyers which was very frustrating but Joe , Sharon and Anna made the whole process go through smoothly. We would recommend highly and thank them for all their care and support.

I think this must possibly be the best Estate Agents I have ever come across. So down to earth, easy to talk to and listens to what you want. Viewed houses they were selling and Joe was great, friendly and professional. Their opening hours are good as well compared to a lot of other Estate Agents in the area, more accommodating for the customer whether buying or selling.

Initially, I decided to go with Chatterton as they're a local family run business and their fees were very competitive. They had also recently sold similar properties in the area. The team at Chatterton were very friendly and helpful in answering the many questions I had as a first time seller. They set up a WhatsApp group, which made communication a lot easier. Saw an ad for a flat for sale on Avon Street.. The ad contained no information about the service charge, nor about the ground rent, nor about the length of lease outstanding nor about the room sizes. In fact I have never seen an ad with so little information.......... ......... oh and they completely forgot to mention that the flat advertised for sale has a tenant.
