GoogleCould be better with communication, I have applied for a few properties, but nothing happened, but one call back about a propertie filled in all the paperwork only to be told it was given to someone else. I've been looking for a 2 bed in wrexham for nearly 2 months with no luck, I have the deposit and a move date for this week as my tenancy is ending but have no place to call home.

GoogleHighly recommended. Rented with Wingetts for 4 years and not long moved out. Lower cost rental but Wingetts never treated us with anything other than exceptional service. Rented with other letting agents and none come close to Wingetts in my experience. Would happily use Wingetts again and recommend to everyone.

GoogleI have dealings with wingetts because of a property I own and rent out.who they manage for the leaseholder .it is a bit complicated. There are 12 properties so the staff should be used to dealing with things related to this situation when it comes to paying bills for maintenance etc. It always has to be explained to them. Although the staff are always polite. And helpful I think the management should take the time to give them some training and explain their part in this situation. Also the phone is in a very noisy office with staff shouting over each other in the background which makes it more difficult to explain what and why you are paying them.

GoogleI rent a house thru this agency and I was very dessapointed because they did nothing to ashore that the property is in perfect condition to live, they did the inventory but they did not let the lanlord(landlady) to know about isues from the house( brocken oven, licking tap, unfunctional tap, licking seeling in bathroom and one of the bedroom). This issues should be solved untill I was moving in and I can tell that the house was dirty with pets hair everywere and ash in the chimney and filthy cupboards and I do not mention about bathrooms ....when I told them about the statement of the property they send me to the landlord telling that they do not administrate the property...they intermediate but they do not take responsability about the properties they advertise to rent...oh...TAKE CARE ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING...they do that too...Be aware when you rent thru this agency!!!!

GoogleRecently I posted a review which was in correct i was very upset with wingetts service , I misread the situation and got my wires crossed , i apologise to wingetts for my miss understanding and have recently been dealing with them again and have to say they have been extremely efficient and professional and very helpfull, kept us informed of everything that was happening i am extremely gratefull to them and definately would reccomend there service to anyone .

GoogleCalled them up.to value a commercial property and the bad attitude just didn't want to know at all then he said he is not there for 2 weeks when clearly he is Never phone them again I will take my business somewhere else very rude just didn't want to take details stay clear of this company go somewhere else if u want good customer service 1 star 🌟NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleSadly a repeatedly negative / unprofessional experience from Wingetts. Unresponsive via email, ignoring replies or not phoning back after taking details and promising they would. Inconsistent information from different staff members about properties to let & viewing procedures. All around it seemed impossible to get a simple viewing booked in or further information about a property. Cannot recommend.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have nothing positive to say about Wrexham branch, customer service is severely lacking, after having them out to value my property 100k less than it sold for and then trying to view property’s they have for sale. I am not impressed.

GoogleRarely updates website or whatever they add to Rightmove so when you go to enquire about properties it’s either a full viewing list or the property has already become unavailable. No point in even looking sometimes.

GoogleLiterally no idea of customer service on the lettings desk at all. Classic example of what is wrong with old Wrexham; short, unhelpful, unapologetic, and entirely disinterested in trying to see to your needs. Pathetic from children, a real problem when an adult displays these traits.

GoogleCustomer service when I first got my rental 3yrs ago was brilliant, but now it's deadful, being a night worker it's just easier for me to email them to enquire about a property... Well don't bother, you never get a reply not even an automated one

GoogleI bid on line and pick up in the week 'lovely staff 'some great bargains to be had in the sale 'I had all sorts from a car' motorcycle to some lovely antiques 'tools etc etc.

GoogleI cannot recommend Wingetts enough! we have been lucky enough to rent a property from them for several years and nothing is any trouble. all the staff are polite and knowledgeable. they have recently helped us with an elderly family member also and literally bent over backwards to help. thank you to you all
