GoogleTakes forever to fix anything. We've had leaks for nearly a year now have they done anything? No, they haven't. We have damp and mould in every room have they done anything? Again no. We have cracked Windows and doors again not done anything. Had no hot water for 6 years do they care no. They are a shoddy place and need to be sued. And they're only a small handful of the problems. Feel free to share this post. Everyone needs to know how bad they are!!!!

GoogleWe have been renting through Grow (formally Nicola Jane) for over 3 years and have recently ended our tenancy to get on the property ladder. During the whole time we rented we never experienced any issues and staff were always helpful if we needed anything - including arranging any repairs quickly. There wasn't excessive communication during the tenancy either just the yearly inspection. Check out was smoothe and easy and deposit was back in days. Great agent to rent through 👍

GoogleJosh at Grow Properties helped me complete a commercial lease and secure a property in Wrexham. Nothing was too much trouble and whenever I had any questions Josh helped me straight away. Being completely clueless to it all, Josh put me at ease and made sure everything was dealt with very efficiently and correctly. Can't recommend enough.

GoogleI come from Thailand. and I don't know where is a good property to use for me to stay in Torquay. Yes I came here Crown Property. They are very friendly. They khow what ever i want. All the staffs is welcome and politely. No one thinks about I'm Asia and don't need to be welcomed but They are so nice and take care of me like they family. I got everything for rant the house,good place, good prices and good They are not take advantage of me. everything done very quickly. I would like to say thank you so much. GoogleAwful letting agent. They knew the neighbours were a problem and still let me rent from them. I had 6 months of constant bullying and was forced to move out after contacting the police. When I handed in my notice I requested my admin fee back, I didn’t even get a response. I had better communication with the owner about forwarding on my post once I’d moved out. I’d asked if I could collect it from the office and they said they had nothing even though the owner had dropped the post off!

GoogleReally poor experience. When they were getting money off us they couldnt be more helpful (at the beginning of the renting process). I asked them repeatedly not to phone me while i was at work, but to email me instead as i could respond - this was constantly ignored. They cary out a review of the house at approximately 8 weeks after moving in, but they insisted on visiting us after 3 weeks, so we hadnt fully finished moving in. They complained that we hadnt bought a lawn mower, because the garden was over grown....but the garden was over grown from when we moved in 3 weeks previously, because it hadnt been looked after. When it came to moving out, we were pressured to move out sooner than our month's notice for the convenience of the new tenants. When we moved out, they enjoyed creating lots of excuses to deplete our deposit (classic) and used jargon to bully us. Above all, they repeatedly called my partner by the wrong name, and considering how much paper work we had signed, you would think they could have got this right. All in all, DO NOT USE, they are awful.

GoogleThey hardly ever answer the phone. Absolute lack of communication, took ages to send application form to me, then when I sent it off they STILL haven't responded about it, despite numerous calls and an email to one specific staff member, who I won't name. Twenty minutes late to a viewing, not responding to emails, and leaving people hanging. Maybe if they see this I'll get a responseNegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWorst estate agents ever. Not got a clue what they are doing. No customer service skills. Didn't do an infantry when I first moved in. Didn't do a check in 5 years then on the moving out day I was told to just post the keys. I had to do my own readings of meaters they didn't even do a final check before I moved out. Avoid at all costs

GoogleLisa and the rest of the team at Grow were very professional and accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the entire sales process. Lisa's enthusiasm and "can do" attitude helped to overcome some potential difficulties and I cannot praise her enough for her patience and understanding. Altogether a very good experience.

GoogleThe business got in touch very quickly and promptly when I requested details for a property for viewing. We were a few minutes late to the viewing but the letting agent, Laura, was very patient, kind, courteous and very informative. Would highly recommend this agency!

GoogleCommunication and Customer Service absolutely shocking! Tried to arrange a viewing for a rental property. Heard back from them same day asking several questions, so sent an email back answering them as requested and a week later still not heard back from them!!!! Given up and in future will totally avoid! Potential clients.......you've been warned.

GoogleI would not recommend anyone going with this estate agents at all, absolutely shocking and unprofessional, I have used 3 estate agents now and grow property are the worse company by far. Management and staff are unprofessional and have no care for customers at all. If zero star was a option I would leave zero!
