My heading would be AMAZING! Amy was fantastic. We had a difficult situation of having to sell my late fathers' property and Amy made what was a very difficult time so much easier; she was constantly in touch keeping us in the loop with all communications, went above and beyond to help us get the sale over the line and was just a real gem! We picked Amy out of a number of Estate Agents who came to review the property as we felt she was the most personable one and we are/were really happy throughout with our choice. Amy is a real credit to this business and you are very lucky if she is the person who is to assist you with your next "move" and/or "purchase". Thanks again lovely lady!!

My house sold quickly and then sold quickly again when the first buyer pulled out. A very rapid completion was then facilitated by Lisa and the whole thing proceeded very pleasantly, which has not always been my experience! It was a horribly hard thing to do, selling my home of over 24 years, and Lisa was both capable and compassionate, which really helped. Highly recommend this estate agency - it was smooth sailing all the way for both me and the purchasers and that gave me the chance to say farewell to my home on a very positive note.

Were great when I signed for the contract for the rented property. But when emailed about having problems with my boiler, they phoned me and spoke to me like crap. They told me that there was nothing wrong it, literally called me stupid, and that I using it wrong. (It was leaking) So, I phoned the landlord, and funny enough the boiler was broken. Like, there wasn't any need to bite my head off for a 'Hey guys, I think my boiler is broken, could someone please check it.' email.
