GoogleAs a prospective tenant I received excellent service throughout the process. All the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. Simon, Jon, Agnes and Jude ensured the hole process from initial enquiry to moving in went smoothly. They worked hard to find a rental property for me in a challenging market! When the time comes to move I will certainly be using them again.

GoogleI found Simon & Paige to be excellent in terms of customer service, approachability and effectiveness. They sold the property within a week of our initial appointment and were then extremely proactive in terms of moving the process forward. I would thoroughly recommend them without any hesitation.

GoogleTheir poor communication and lack of support made our house-buying process extremely stressful. A number of things happened that we weren't happy with so we wrote a letter of complaint explaining. Not only did they take several months to respond, but they evidently hadn't taken our letter seriously as it was very dismissive.
