Not having let a property before we chose to go with David James as they are a local trusted and respected land and lettings agent whom we have dealt with before on other matters. Jemma provided a professional service throughout. When asked Jemma also recommended a firm of cleaners to thoroughly clean the house before letting. They too did a great job. We wholeheartedly recommend David James to anyone considering their services.

The lady who came to view the property was late arriving, Then we had a rushed whizz around the property, she measured nothing, took hardly any notes, in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. Promised me a Email on value etc. That was last Friday afternoon. Now Wednesday morning, NO communication what so ever. TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had updates from Sally and Christina weekly on how the sale of our house was going. At no point did I feel we had been forgotten about. They even pushed our sale through super fast. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much!
