Dear Kol, I'm sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your experience using flatfair. I've looked into your case and I can see that after negotiations regarding your end of tenancy charges were unsuccessful, the case was refered to an independent adjudicator for a binding decision. Once this decision came back, we provided you and your co-tenants with a detailed report produced by the adjudicator explaining the decision making process which led to the final result. Also, you were all provided with an invoice to make payment of the final established charges. As per your signed terms and conditions, you were given 5 days to pay the charges or respond to us. We received no response from you or your co-tenants during this period and therefore we sent a reminder to you all to make payment. Again, we received no response so the case was passed on to our Collections Manager to handle the process of recovering the debt. As per your signed terms and conditions, we can use the payment details collected during your sign-up process to collect funds related to end of tenancy charges if necessary. Given the lack of response from you and your co-tenants, we were left with no choice but to take payment from the cards that we had registered to you. This was not a desired outcome for us, but I hope you can understand why we followed this process. GoogleI used MPL for a complete office refit in January 2022. They offered exceptional services from their initial detailed quote, through the design/planning stages and all the way up to the completion of the project. They gave me an 8 week plan and unbelievably were on schedule to the exact day, despite a few issues that were beyond their control. I would thoroughly recommend this company!! They were personal, reliable, dedicated and made the project a very pleasurable experience. The gave recommendations at key points and their expertise was so helpful.
