I couldn't recommend Robert luff in Goring enough, I've worked with other agency's but have found this one to be my only choice from now on, David and Jack where incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional at all times, There was a delay due to coronavirus, but they worked hard to complete the chain Now me and my family are very happy with the service we received and look forward to our new chapter in our new home

David King was instrumental in getting our house move over the line during the Covid-19 period. I am 100% certain that without David's diligence and hard work we would not of completed the move to our dream home. I must point out that David was not our direct agent but represented our buyer, regardless, he acted as though we were his client throughout with daily updates, chasing solicitors and everything else that goes on behind the scenes. You need TEN STARS!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We have had a very long-winded process, with the purchase of our new property, in Goring-by-Sea, but our moving date is now only two days away, & we couldn’t be happier. Selling two properties, to buy one big one, from South London, to the coast, has been very eventful, to say the least. The team at Robert Luff have been fantastic, especially Jack Cottingham, who was with us on our first viewings, right the way to the end. As a fellow agent, you won't find me posting too many reviews for my competitors. However, after working alongside David King at the Goring office on a particularly difficult chain , it's only fair that I give credit where it's due. David was superb in managing the lower end of one of the longest chains we've ever had (I was looking after the upper end). At his part of the chain he undertook any and all efforts to get not only his client's sale through, but everybody else's too, often making up for the shortfalls of the several agents between he and I. He was super efficient, pro-active, and constantly kept everyone in the loop. I was hugely impressed, and had complete confidence that with him overseeing this part of the chain we were in safe hands, and I could focus on my own part. This was already a complicated and difficult chain, but the fact that we managed to get it done at this time in particular was a huge achievement, and in no small part down to Dave's efforts. Thanks for all your help with this Dave, great working with you, and I hope our paths cross again soon.

Robert Luff were the estate agents for my seller's. Once we went into lockdown, well before that, Jamie Bryant at the Goring branch, kept in touch with me constantly . I can not recommend the team in the Goring office highly enough, Jamie, Dave, Jack and Laura were all fantastic! Their service far exceeded my initial expectations, every time they said they would call us with an update they did, every time they said they’d chase something for us they did, they were so so helpful. David from Robert Luff Goring headed up our sale. I cannot praise this man enough for his efforts. A difficult sale and he earned his money and some more. Having sold and bought houses before with other estate agents in the area I would go back to Robert Luff again ahead of the rest. David had holiday planned and was away for a week. Can't more highly recommend for sale or purchase. Huge amount of hard work from Jamie, Dave and colleagues throughout an unfortunate extremely lengthy completion period with generous time and energy immediately thrown at unexpected 'hiccoughs' (e.g. unplanned remarketing) encountered on the way to keep things on track and moving forward! My Nan & Grandad have just recently sold their family home of 51 years through the Goring branch and were also extremely lucky to have found their dream bungalow through them too (I wouldn’t want anyone else!!!). Jamie and the team at Goring were extremely patient, understanding and exceeded all expectations you could imagine. They sold their house extremely quickly and found them a bungalow in exactly the right location at the right time. We were originally going to go with Purple Bricks but David won us around and sold our house on its first viewing! I never really thought about the work involved after the house was sold and i'm so glad I went with Robert Luff now as being able to pick up the phone or pop in and see them made everything so much easier. David was professional, friendly incredibly organised and efficient with not only the paperwork involved in selling our house but arranging viewings for us to buy as well. His approach to selling houses is so knowledgeable, professional but relaxed, he had answers to all our questions or found them out promptly, such a difference to others we met along our journey. I believe this is one of the reasons he is so successful because he really listens to what you want and matches you to a property. I've just completed the sale of my flat through the Goring branch. It was a bit of a drawn out process (through no fault of their own) and Jamie and the team were absolutely brilliant at sorting out all the twists and turns. I think that, without their diligence, perseverance and professionalism, we would never have got to completion. My property had been on the market with another agent before I met with Robert Luff in Goring. On first meeting him, I was a little sceptical that David King was telling me what I wanted to hear however I sensed there was something different about him. I’m glad I listened to my instincts as Dave went above & beyond what he said he would do in respect of selling my property. Sadly we had more than a few false starts however Dave was in my corner every step of the way. Even when it was bad news, he kept me informed occasionally seeming more frustrated by events than I was. He behaved like he was selling his own property & never gave up. I lost count of the calls Dave made ‘chasing’ people associated with the chain. Dave really is someone I would use again. I have no doubt recommending Robert Luff in Goring. We are first-time buyers and first came into contact with Robert Luff when Luke Mills arranged a mystery tour of six properties at the beginning of our house-hunting journey. The logistical exercise was handled expertly - like he'd had a secondment at the Ordnance Survey - and built up an excellent first impression. Ultimately, our paths didn't cross again until some months later when, having seen our preferred purchase with another agent go downhill at the last minute, we booked in a viewing at a house under Robert Luff Goring. From the word go, Dave King was personable and extremely helpful. On the same day we had an offer accepted and Dave helped guide the negotiations to a conclusion which both sides were happy with. As the buyer, we weren't directly clients of the firm, but Dave certainly made us feel as valued as the vendor. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always extremely responsive to emails and calls. He is down to earth, friendly and easy to build up a rapport with. Nothing was too much trouble and we got the impression that he personally stepped in to help at tricky points, like helping the vendor obtain quotes for work needed on the property following the survey. While Dave was our main point of contact, thanks must also go to the rest of the branch. First-timers like us are probably a right pain, but the likes of Jamie and Jack took their fair share of concerned calls and stupid questions and really helped us out. In the nicest possible way, I hope we don't see them for a while (unless we win the lottery and become property moguls), as it'll mean the home we have found was a perfect fit for our growing family! Cheers guys - and highly recommended.
