FacebookMassive thank you to the whole team at Ian Watkins they couldnβt have been more helpful. We were in a very difficult situation with our previous house falling through and had to find somewhere and move in within a month. We really were looking for the impossible however Ian and his team were amazing and it went through and completed within the month and we are so grateful. I believe this is the quickest exchange they have ever done and this is a testament to how efficient and professional all of the team are. They understood our needs and helped in whatever way they could.
We canβt thank you enough for your help and will be recommending to everyone we know.

GoogleOutstanding! We purchased our house through Ian Watkins and I only wish we had sold through them too! Ian and his team were exceptional from start to finish! We had regular communication more so than from our own estate agents. Ian is clearly an expert in his field and guided us through the process, nothing was too much trouble for Ian and his team, they were always happy to help and advise. We also received a lovely welcome package on completion of our new home which was a really lovely touch. An estate agent who truly care about their clients, highly recommend!

GoogleIan and his team have helped us to purchase the property in the past. When we thought the time was right to move, we went back to them. They were very approachable and professional and shown a lot of patience during our sell as we were struggling to find the right property for us as the market was very difficult.
They've managed to find us a buyer within a week and didn't give up on us when it fell through.
Their market expertise is amazing.
Highly recommended.

GoogleExcellent service from Ian. Photos and property description of my bungalow prepared by Ian really did it justice and reflected the great property that it is. My preferences on the marketing were listened to and then enhanced by Ian's expert advice. Sale was agreed in a short timescale and completed wholly satisfactorily. A real 5 star service at a good fee.

FacebookExcellent service from Ian and the team when selling our flat. Due to the boom in prices and high demand for houses at the time, it has taken us a long time to find our new home (end of 2021!), but Ian and the team have been super supportive and professional through our long journey. Moved in today and had a genuine congratulations when giving our keys over. Highly recommend π

FacebookIan and his great team Suzy and Tracey have sold a house to us and helped us sell a house 2 years later. On both occasions we found the service to be outstanding.
Our sale was full of surprises and delays but throughout the process Ian kept us informed with a cool calm manner and the extra personal touch. Ian went above and beyond the normal estate agent service. We wouldnβt think of using anyone else for our estate agency requirements. If you are looking for a hands on estate agent who is accessible, straight talking and gets the job done, look no further!
Thanks Ian and team, see you in a couple of years no doubt!!!

FacebookWe would like to thank Ian and his team for an exceptional service when we bought a property from them this month. It was a more complicated purchase than we were used to as it involved a chain of 6 people and covered 3 counties. We were kept well informed at all stages which helped soothe our nerves! We would have no hesitation in recommending Ian Watkins Estate Agents. They are a pleasure to work with. Thanks team Watkins.

GoogleIan Watkins and the team sold our flat. They are very efficient and helpful with advising us. Very helpful and when things become complicated in legal terms they were greats agents to jump between and help chase whenever I asked. Ian in particular became my go to and he helped even on his day off. I would recommend 100%.
