Thank you for your review Joseph, although I am sorry to see you’ve not been satisfied with our service. We value all feedback from our customers and would like to know more about your experience which has resulted in this 1-star rating. Here at Homewise, we help people aged 60 and over find their perfect home and save on the cost. Have you spoken to our team directly? I was unable to find your details so I wanted to respond personally to see how I can help resolve any issue, or perhaps you have the wrong ‘Homewise’, we are a family-run business based in Worthing, West Sussex (UK). We’ve been helping our customers for over 45 years and pride ourselves on the first-class service we provide, with all of our customers give 4-5 star reviews. Please do get in touch with us directly if you have a question or would like to discuss your review further. Kind regards, Danielle

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
