Thanks for your comments Simon, we value all feedback, I’m surprised by this comment as I felt we kept you up to date throughout the process. We secured you a buyer within 28 days as suggested. I do agree the sale did take longer to complete due to being a Leasehold property and waiting on third parties. However the buyer did agree to pay extra on completion due to the delays.
