GoogleThese guys have managed my rental property for years and provided an excellent service. Always a professional service but with a personal touch. More recently my property sale was handled by them too. Rather protracted due to my buyer but handled in their usual efficient manner. I would most certainly thank them for this and recommend them.

Googlei can't recommend Paige in the lettings department highly enough. Very professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with.

GooglePeter Hayler at Alexander Philips was very helpful, friendly, always contactable, regularly keeping me up to date, professional and a good liaison between parties. Compared to other agents I have dealt with, I felt AP treated me like a valued customer and remembered the details without me having to repeat myself every time I called! I would have no hesitation in recommending AP

GoogleAlexander Philips are easily the best estate agency in West Sussex. Offering a friendly, and professional service, they were there every step of the way to answer my questions and help me out in any way they could. We are now settling in our new place, thanks to all their hard work. I'd fully recommend their services to tenants and landlord alike.

GoogleOne of the worst company's in worthing for Tenants. All they care about is Money and if they are getting paid. Strongly advise no-one uses them. Never really helped us and only did the bare minimum. The Only person who was half decent is Paige and even she didn't bother with us once we handed in our notice in.

GoogleVery patient and approachable staff. Our property was difficult to sell and there were time wasters along the way but we got there in the end. Peter can be highly recommended. He goes above and beyond and we were very happy to use his services.

FacebookI was away serving my country in the military. I returned to my house with significant damage due to their handyman’s work (not the tenants). They refused to put it right even after I gave them many chances to do so. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere!

GoogleAppalling company. If this is to be your letting agency whilst renting and your property is not within Worthing then steer well clear as they will do nothing to fix any issues that may occur during your tenancy.
