FacebookWe used BN&S for 3 years to rent our house whilst living abroad. Outstanding service, we honestly could not have hoped for anything more. Tenants were found very quickly and any problems with the properly dealt with efficiently. Can not recommend them enough.

GoogleThey booked me in for viewing a property, wich they alredy showed to another person, and they alredy started the application process. My appointment was cancelled for the viewing, wich is alright these things happen, but what it's not alright is that they offered me a slot even though they knew someone alredy put an application through for the property. They messed up my whole Saturday, because I had to reschedule everything for that day! The behaviour and the mindset of these people absolutely disgust me!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleBriscombes delivered a responsive, friendly and honest service from start to finish. Selling with them was made easy due to the ability to confirm your own bookings and offers online, but they were also available to help via telephone too. Communication remained open throughout the process and I found that all members of the team would go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend.

FacebookDisgusting company. Customers service is shocking. Laura in the office is horrific, horrible women. Disgusting attitude. Had many problems during a tenancy and problems after dealing with deposit. Had a problem with heating, very cold home, had a 18 month baby always cold, took 8 months for them to fix, wAs only resolved by withholding rent and was sorted within a week. The service is beyond shocking. I would not use this business 0 star
