GoogleI rarely leave reviews, but would give Jan at Briscombes a 10 if I could! She understood my needs and those of my elderly mother with wisdom and compassion. GoogleI have known Jen and Kevin for twenty years renting out my flat and now recently selling my flat for me They have been extremely professional and always doing everything to the correct legal and building regulations and rules Everything always done as quickly as possible with the best maintenance companies It really would be impossible to find a better company to rent or buy and sell your property

GoogleFrom start to finish the staff and Briscombe were superb. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are always going the extra mile and looking to provide advice and guidance in a professional and caring way. Katie and Jo were always on hand to answer any questions we had and provided realistic and sensible solutions. The selling process was made so much easier with Briscombe. What was nice was the fact there was no pushing sales approach and it is clear in every aspect that they have your best interests.they managed all of our viewings and the high level of local knowledge and expertise without doubt played a part in securing our sale. Wouldn’t use anyone else to sell any future houses! Thank you.

GoogleBriscombe and Jo in particular were amazing through the entire process. Jo went above and beyond to get the purchase completed. I unfortunately had a terrible solicitor and I genuinely don't think the purchase would have gone through without Jo. She helped chase up the solicitor, provided advice and much needed moral support. She did too much to mention in a google review. Thank you so much Jo for all your extra effort getting the purchase completed! And thank you for the key rings and kind message! GoogleWe’ve just completed on our lovely new home in Worsley and can’t thank Briscombe enough for all their support throughout the process. Special mention to Jo, the Sales Progression Manager, who was superb from start to finish, always on top of the details, keeping us updated, and going the extra mile to keep things moving. Also to Brian, one of the directors, whose knowledge and guidance gave us great confidence at the key moments. The whole team were professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about getting us into our new home. When the time comes to sell, I’ll have no hesitation in picking up the phone to them again.

Everyone I had to deal with regarding my move could not have been more professional. I was greeted with a smile every time , and the manner in which they helped me move could not of been better. Every detail was covered and explained to me thoroughly and like I said every member of staff was always polite, punctual and very professional. What a team you have . GoogleAs a landlord I used Briscombe and found the start of my service to be good. They found good tenants. Unfortunately on the end of the tenancy we have had a lot of problems. This includes Briscombe’s team advising us not to do an end of inventory check. From there the customer service got confrontational and it has taken over 3 months to get back deposits. As a landlord I would not recommend using Briscombe.

On our behalf they took on the onerous task of showing prospective purchasers around the property and giving us their feeedback. They have a good reputation for their knowledge of propereties in the area and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
