I felt very supported throughout the process, Lee has been very helpful and helped ease my stresses of being a new landlady. Laura and Paul have supported us throughout our time of gaining a rental and moving into our new rental ❤️ we have been very excited to move and this has made us so much more relaxed and happy after a bad rental experience we have had elsewhere. When handed our notice back in December 2020 from our previous landlady, and whilst things were still hugely difficult due to COVID, he was professional and helpful with finding us a new home (with a specific list of requirements!) all within budget and location. The entire process was quick, smooth and easy, and we're hugely grateful for making a stressful situation so calm and collected! We'll be back when it's time to move again - don't worry - it wont be for a long while!
