Everyone we came across was really professional and friendly. GoogleWe have just sold and bought through Harris & Lee, and I can't speak more highly of them. From start to finish, their level of engagement with us has been exceptional. We were kept fully informed throughout, which with their assistance, was a swift 4 months (despite being in a chain). From first contact, property photos, viewings, right through to handing over the keys to our new home, they have been nothing short of professional, helpful, and interested in the best outcome for us, which overall resulted in a very stress free process. If we chose to move again, I wouldn't look to any other agent. Harris & Lee would be my only port of call, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Harris & Lee Estate Agents came into their own, their after-sales progression management is second-to-none, helping to alleviate stress, expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain, pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. It is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Harris & Lee Estate Agents provided us. Both sale & purchase were handled by Adam Wintle. He has an extreme abundance of patience and understanding. A huge thank you Adam, for your professionalism, mentorship, honesty, hard work and attention to detail. GoogleWe have revently completed a sale of our property using Harris and Lee. At all stages of the process they had a firm handle on what was happening and gave weekly updates on progress. They managed the whole chain and worked tirelessly to ensure all parties were kept up to date and were instrumental in ensuring the sale completed. They are a breath of fresh air in an industry that gets a bad press and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

It is stressful buying a home at the best of times but certainly with the additional complications of a global pandemic! Jamie sent me regular update emails on progress which were great, but the shining star for my experience was Adam. From the first viewing right up to getting the keys he was great. The last couple of weeks were particularly tricky and Adam quite literally made this move happen before Christmas! Really going above and beyond and enabling a 4 part chain to move. Poor communication from the solicitor was more than compensated for by Adam who kept me posted thoroughly throughout those last couple of tricky weeks. I am very impressed and grateful. THANK YOU!

GoogleRecently sold another property through Harris and Lee. I've sold several properties through them now and yet again they were excellent. Their marketing photos are superb, and the write-up always enticing, with clear, key, property features. I love the fact that their entire team are fantastic, it doesn't matter who you speak to. They can all help you. And it's particularly useful that they handle the sales progression and keep you regularly informed and fight your corner with solicitors! In my experience not all Estate Agents offer this level of service. On this occasion there was a hold up further up the chai, which Kia, in particular, resolved and enabled me to get the sale completed just in time before that Truss financial disaster! So massive thanks to all at Harris and Lee, again. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI cannot recommend Harris and Lee highly enough. When dealing with a highly complex chain as ours, and a solicitor that just was not doing there job probably and almost causing the chain to collapse, Adam took control and went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did he constantly chase all parties throughout, his communication was second to none, and at one stage when all was looking very grim and that the exchange would take place on time, Adam decided to personally visit our buyers and deliver documents to the solicitors to ensure the job got done. One brilliant firm!

Professional, polite, weekly updates, always available to answer questions without hesitation and if they can't answer they find out and always get back to me. I cant speak any higher of them, really great customer service, and really great people. When you engage them you can meet both of the owners Mr Harris and Lee no faceless company they are working owners that's a great plus these days.
