GoogleSarah, Adam and team have recently sold 2 houses for us, one was a nightmare tried exchanging over 4 days, then ended up exchanging and completing on one day, well done guys, highly recommended they talked me through everything and when the chain got complicated on one, Sarah explained it in a email that was easy to understand. You won’t go wrong with them, just don’t use the cheapest solicitor, our solicitor was excellent, others on the chain hmm.

GoogleI bought a house through Harris & Lee, the one I was initially purchasing fell through and Sarah was so kind in talking me through it and found me 3 other houses to look at the next weekend. From those I found the house I'm now living in. Without the amazing help from Sarah and the whole Harris & Lee team, I know things would have been a lot harder. Hopefully I won't be moving any time soon, but when that time comes I will absolutely be going through these guys. They are fantastic!

They were brilliant throughout. Not all all pushy or annoying. The were organised, honest, polite and friendly, respectful of our property and our time. Our sale went smoothly. We’re really grateful. GoogleWell after an extremely tough year of trying to sell our house , we finally moved in on the 16th Dec 2024 . I absolutely would recommend Harris & Lee . It’s not the first time we have gone with but this move was a tough one . Sarah went over & above keeping us updated weekly throughout , so so helpful & professional . GoogleHighly recommend Harris and Lee. They took over from an alternative local estate agent whose service was very poor. We have been super impressed with Harris and Lee. Jack kept us updated on a weekly basis and even drove to Cardiff for my signature on an essential document, then to my brother for his signature and delivered the documents to the solicitors. You certainly won’t get better service than that. Thank you Jack. Adam great too

FacebookI completed my house sale this week. Jamie has been amazing throughout this stressful process. He sent us regular updates and was easily contactable. An issue arised in the final week after a solicitor made a mistake and Jamie dealt with it brilliantly. He did everything possible to help, contacted our buyers and solicitors and left me feeling reassured knowing he was handling it. I would definitely recommend Harris and Lee. Thank you to everyone for your brilliant work.

My experience was excellent. It began with a collaborative and clear plan of how to market my property, continued with beautiful photographs being taken, and progressed with the highest level of communication I could have asked for. The effort Jamie made to touch base with me every week and provide me with updates where possible, and the kind reception I got from other members of the team whenever I called in, left me with no doubt in my mind that I'd made the right choice. You get weekly updates, there is always someone available to help with any questions. They will always get back to you. There are different colleagues for every stage of your move from viewings, to sale agreed to exchange and onto completion. We 100% and more recommend them.

GoogleWe have just sold and bought through Harris & Lee, and I can't speak more highly of them. From start to finish, their level of engagement with us has been exceptional. We were kept fully informed throughout, which with their assistance, was a swift 4 months (despite being in a chain). From first contact, property photos, viewings, right through to handing over the keys to our new home, they have been nothing short of professional, helpful, and interested in the best outcome for us, which overall resulted in a very stress free process. If we chose to move again, I wouldn't look to any other agent. Harris & Lee would be my only port of call, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
