I had a fantastic experience selling my house with Laura and Robert. From the very beginning, they were extremely professional, helpful and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible. Laura was always approachable, responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Robert was also incredibly helpful and professional, and it was clear that they both genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. Selling a house can be stressful, especially when there are unexpected delays and complications, but having Laura and Robert supporting us made a huge difference. They were always willing to help, answer our questions and go the extra mile whenever needed. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time in experiencing going through this process and I can honestly say, what a breeze it was and that is all down to the amazing team at worksop branch. From start to finish, Sarah, Mel, Tom and Lewis have been absolutely amazing. They guided me through my entire moving journey and made everything as easy as possible. The support I received was truly wonderful, I cannot express how grateful I am to the whole team for how supportive they all were. Every single one of them was polite, professional, and had such a lovely sense of humour. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They followed through on every single enquiry, and were always so friendly and approachable. This journey was one of the darkest times of my life, and yet they made me feel like everything was possible. I was the winning bidder for the…

I was the winning bidder for the property and, following the auction which ibs iamsold I was taking steps to arrange the required mortgage documentation and obtain my Agreement in Principle (AIP). There was initially some delay because I later became aware that the relevant person was away on holiday. Importantly, the auctioneer instructed me by telephone to wait until I had obtained my AIP before paying the Reservation Fee. I relied on this instruction and understood that I was following the process as advised by the auctioneer. At no point was I informed that my winning bid had been cancelled and was sold .I only became aware of this when I followed up with the agent yesterday and was told that the property had already been offered to the second bidder. I am therefore concerned that the property was offered to another bidder without giving me any prior notice or opportunity to proceed, particularly when I had been following the auctioneer’s specific instruction regarding the Reservation Fee. I acted in good faith throughout the process and relied on the information and instructions provided to me by the auctioneer. I did not withdraw my bid or indicate that I was unwilling or unable to proceed. I feel really frustrated about this , no proper communication.
