Sales and purchase great thanks to Linda, the guys on site (site manager Mick and gav amazing) after care absolutely diabolical they ignore you do not respond to defects I’ve been in my house since June and still can not get on my drive due to it being to high in the middle this was rectified by site but now issue is still not topped off with tarmac so still can not get on customer service have not once called us to apologise or to rectify this despite several calls and speaking to a solicitor and numerous defect logs opened which they keep closing without speaking or writing to us absolutely disgraceful disgusting service - other issues rectified by site manager have been great - but also now waiting as the garden was on a slope and over packed with soil so in a hump, they put the partition fence in then decided to lower the garden behind and level theirs off so the fence posts don’t go far enough into ground and there’s a drop down into their garden, so as soon as we decide to do the garden in the spring it will knock the fence over and the garden will heave into the other houses -

So far so good!! Few snags we spotted a few weeks before move day but all sorted ready for the big day. Toni in the show home went above and beyond, kept me up to date all the way and checked in regularly. Nothing is too much trouble, even helped me measure the room! Very happy in my new home :)

I am very pleased with my house , as a first time buyer Gleeson offers affordable prices for their homes . There were minor defects which were eventually sorted out promptly by the builders on site . So far so good , hopefully I will not come across any more defects .

I seen a house that I really liked and went to Gleeson at Acklam gardens where I was met by janette who explained everything to the fullest. We then was introduced to Jackie that has been amazing and really helpful. She has stayed in touch every week keeping me up to date on the building stages and what’s being done. The sales executive we dealt with, Naomi Bell - couldn’t fault her. Although we did not end up purchasing from Gleeson, the process of viewing the show home and discussing our options was very smooth, down to her attentiveness and communication. Only reason this isn’t 5*is because we didn’t go through with the property, so can’t speak for that aspect. Other than that, great all round!

I posted a review a couple of weeks ago about the absolute rubbish non existent customer service and quality of Gleeson new builds. My review highlighted the fact we had been left with a major security issue at the back of the house. I feel compelled to write another review as this security issue has still not been fixed and we have been advised that the best solution for the time being is to tie the door closed, I’m not sure how that is security but trying to get in contact with Gleesons is like asking for a gold coin. If you want to buy a new build house… don’t buy from Gleesons. You do all the running around and chasing of company’s, be prepared to ring over 35 times to customer service and still get no where. And to finish off, whoever, replies to these reviews please don’t reply to this one as your response of, someone from customer service will be in contact is utter rubbish and another one of your lies. Let’s be honest you have our money so your job is done in your eyes!

We found our experience with Gleeson Homes to be really positive. Zara helped us with our journey, she was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the whole experience. She kept us updated, answered all our silly questions and made move in day really special. The house had a few imperfections, but they were dealt with quickly, the workmen on site are so friendly and really helpful. We love our new home!
