GoogleAbsolutely shocking! The worst letting agent I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with! Room has been uninhabitable for over 3 months and this company have done nothing to rectify the problem. They have no respect for the property or take any responsibility for their tenants. The lettings team is a joke. Avoid at all costs

GoogleVery reliable, respond to complaints on time . Used them for 3 years no issues even got my full deposit back . Only left them cox the apartment was a shared accommodation wanted more space of my own and they didn’t have available flats at that time.

GoogleThe start at the shop have no desire for the people of a shared house that all get on they don't pick and choose there willing to stick a junky in when everyone is hard working! And on complaint they respond with deal with it and keep you're room locked! Just a thought if your thinking about it I even explained that I knew the person but they didn't want to know!! The house was amazing before this but you're not aloud you're own opinion it's there way or none!!I feel sorry for the landlord as he's going to loose out due to there ego

GoogleI love Expert Property shop the staff are always super helpful and make sure everything is taken care of for me, I really can't fault them! The famous Kevin McDonnell is a lot shorter in real life than I expected though. I'd only ever seen him on my computer screen before I dropped in. I can't let that affect my rating, however, as it's not his fault and his knowledge and business skills are second to none :) I will definitely be using the Expert Property Shop's services again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWorst company I have ever encountered in my life so after me and my partner was leaving a property as learned they was changing from one letting agency to another after helping expert property shop with informing them that we was left with out hot water for weeks due to a faulty boiler they seemed to what to help us since they was under the impression when sold the property that everything was in working order which worked out in their favour in court since I had all the screen shots off emails bk and forth with the old agency worker saying they wasn’t going to fix it since they was changing hands. After being miss treat by previous letting agency to then ask for my mail to be redirected to a family address has I had a tax returns check for them to re-send back to sender and have left me struggling for months once back on my feet definitely won’t be renting/buying or mortgaging anything under your company’s name and will continue to disgruntle people from ever using you once they get what they want out of you they kick you whilst your down

GooglePoor quality properties and poor service, slow to respond to any issues. They only want to get people in places fast. Zero interest once you’re in. Funny that you can never get in contact unless they want something, then you’re hounded for days!

GoogleI will describe my stay as exceptional. My room was particularly spacious and the heating was perfect especially during the winter. I wish i didnt have to move out.Thanks for the wonderful service.

GoogleI complained about a problem around 2 months ago and till now they have not solved the problem...I called them many times and told me that this person is looking for it I don't know about it. They told me that they gonna do it but till now they have not solved it.
