GoogleI just wanted to share what an incredible experience I had with Expert Property Shop in Worksop. From start to finish the service was absolutely first class. Kevin in particular was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered every question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. It’s rare to come across a team that’s this dedicated and easy to work with. The whole experience was seamless and far better than I expected. If you’re looking for a property company you can truly trust, I cannot recommend Expert Property Shop highly enough. A massive thank you to Kevin and the team outstanding service and a well deserved 5 stars! Terry

GoogleWe urgently needed a temporary property to suit our needs when extensive work was required on our bungalow. Anna at Expert Property Shop was instrumental in locating said property. Having never rented before we were at a loss negotiating the necessary process. Anna was extremely helpful and was supportive throughout. She kept in touch to ensure our enforced tenancy went smoothly and we felt confident that we could approach Anna at any time and any problems were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you Anna, we could not have managed without you.

GoogleThis was my second time dealing with this estate agency, and the overall experience was smooth. From the initial viewing of the house through to signing the agreement, everything was handled efficiently. Denise was especially helpful during the moving-in process, managing the viewings, sending the agreement, and guiding us through the early stages. The final inspection of the house, carried out by Kayleigh, was done professionally, on time, and with great care. She made the entire process straightforward and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The only area that could be improved is maintenance. Whenever issues arose during the tenancy, such as leaks or electrical problems, it often required repeated follow-ups, and in some cases, matters were only resolved after the landlord intervened. That said, the overall service and support from the team were good.

Communication was always clear and timely, and I felt supported at every stage. Their knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave me real confidence, and they handled everything with efficiency and care. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend Clare to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Truly outstanding!

GoogleExpert Properties. It's in the name and it deserves this title, Denise a kind hearted woman who was an expert when it came to explaining the process and helping me attain accomodation always responded in a timely manner and was always more than happy to go out of her way to work around my schedule! If I was to rent somewhere else I would choose this agency again as Denise stood out so much compared to any other agency workers I've talked to that I wouldn't want to rent off any other agency!! Thank you again Expert Properties especially Denise!
