GoogleAs a tenant with Bartrop and dilks we are very happy with our treatment and the service we recieve. The team are highly responsive, very supportive and act fast on any questions or problems encountered. We have had the pleasure of being supported by Debra, Beata and Kerry over 2 tenancies we have had and have had great experience with them all. Each are very supportive are friendly and have great personalities. As an adult with autism I find socialising a little difficult at times so having a team that I can chat to, rely on and be supported by properly is very important to me for me to feel happy and settled. Something Bartrop and dilks do very well. The property we are currently in is beautiful and a lot of effort and thought has gone into it and we are very glad to have a high quality landlord along with the team. I can’t see myself being with any other letting agent (or leaving my current property haha 😆) And I highly recommend them to both tenants and landlords old and new. You will get good quality tenants because the correct support and care is taken with them. Thank you :)

FacebookWe’ve been renting with Bartrop & Dilks for nearly 2 years now and have been extremely happy with the support given by Beata. She’s always cheerful and is prompt in dealing with any questions or problems we might give her. It’s a great company to rent with, one I’d thoroughly recommend!

GoogleSpoken to a person called Betty or Beky, I've kindly asked for a viewing for a property available on right move, she had really poor communication skills, very unhelpful. I've asked if she can transfer me to someone else as I am looking for a house to rent and I did not find her very helful, she told me no. I do not recommend this agency, not serious, poor customer serviceNegativeProfessionalism

FacebookWe have been using Bartrop & Dilks Property Services for almost a year now. We bought 8 rental properties in the area and wanted somebody to manage them for us.We spoke with Jeanette initially and she was so helpful and put us straight at ease, she explained how their services worked and we agreed to work with them and signed up to their rental services.Since then Kerry Fitzakerley has looked after our properties from doing new agreements with existing tenants, finding us the right tenants for our empty properties but the biggest help she has provided us with is helping find and organise contractors to do some refurbishment to some of the properties which has been fantastic especially with how difficult 2020 has been for everyone, nothing has been too much trouble for her or the rest of the team!Between Kerry and Kara they have also even found us another rental property with good existing tenants to add to our portfolio which was in their sale department which we are now in the middle of purchasing.So now having used both the sale and rental services l can’t recommend the whole team enough, keep up the great work guys and thank you so much from D & J Properties

GoogleRecently sold our property with Bartrop and Dilks, it sold very quickly but due to being a grade 2 listed property turned into a long haul.We cannot speak highly enough of the girls in the office Gabby and Kara who certainly went the extra mile to help us through a difficult time. FacebookMost helpful and friendly agents we have ever dealt with, there every step of the way to see it all went smoothly.We called into the office today to prepare to sign up for another year and to let them know how happy we are and so pleased that Debra took time out of her busy schedule to sit and chat to us making us feel very welcome, many thanks to her and the Bartrop and Dilks team.

GoogleIf your thinking of being a tennant make sure you get a full checkin document. If not, from my experience, these cowboys will try and hit you with all sorts of departure costs. They seem to want to battle through the DPS scheme for fun. It took nearly 4 months to get my full deposit back. If your a landlord thinking of using these guys I'd say don't look after the property properly or the tenants, you're just going to get upset tenants and plenty of turnover of people living in your property. When it comes to repairs and faults they are sloppie shouldered and blame everyone else. Flip knows what they get paid a fee for. Oh... and the review that mentions Chris... that's true. It was Chris who let the flat to me!

FacebookExceptional service from Jeanette bartrop and her team, I am absolutely blown away with what she did for me to make sure I got the property I wanted, to me she went that bit more for the customer, that bit more was what made me realise that there are no other estate agents in worksop that have made me feel valued and deliverd exactly what I wanted, I work in retail myself and I will be honest not many these days give you the customer service they are paid and trained to do and today this lady Jeanette bartrop from bartrop and dilks lettings delivered the best customer service above and beyond and absolute assett to her company she really is thankyou so much5 star
