Jones Homes Apply for Insolvency ProtectionAfter taking Jones Homes to the small claims court to try and get back them to pay for the remedial work on the brick work that was so shockingly bad i had to have it redone. Just found out that jones homes have applied for Insolvency - don't give them any money they are pretending to be or are actually bankrupt

GoogleI worked as a Sales Advisor for Jones Homes who are building the site. The disruption to the roads was not caused by Jones Homes but by the council who first insisted a roundabout had to be done, after it was completed the council changed it's mind and wanted it removed then later insisted it was reinstated !!!

Where do I start haven’t moved in yet had so many dates no costumer service had to call so many times to be told it’s going to be delayed house had a roof on it before next door had been built yet they are all moved in don’t truss them

Can’t praise the sales and site team highly enough. Nothing but professional and helpful throughout our purchase.The specification is like nothing else in the area.The show homes look wonderful, but there are a few cosmetic snags still to tidy up still but I’m sure that will be done in no time.It’s a beautiful position on the edge of Kendal, soooooo happy 😃

This company left a mound full of weeds for nearly 2 years behind a vulnerable persons garden. They have ruined the garden by doing this and refuse to put it right. Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not buy a house on the Bolsover sites. They are shocking build quality to a point that you would rather be better off living in a shed. See all the other reviews.

Appalling company. Appalling service. Refuse to allow any changes even with a freehold as they "reserve the right".This should be illegal as a freeholder should not require permission from anybody but themselves as the homeowner. Disgusting.
