They were alap very informative and kept us up to date every step of the way, which was much appreciated. She has made my life so much easier when trying to get my head round the housing and mortgage jargon. Always available on email and phone and has certainly took stress out my life when dealing with unprecedented circumstances. She is a credit to the company.

GoogleFirst time renting a property with my partner, we contacted dixons to a view a property we both loved it. Then we had abit of a rocky situation with the house, then Amey & Kate came through with another property within days due to our current circumstances needing to be out by end of September 2020. We managed to get the keys for the house on 26th September . Can't fault Amey or Kate. So happy in our new house. 10/10 Would defiently recommened Dixons Estate Agents.

GoogleI've rented two properties with Dixons and am about to go with a third. Each time there were multiple viewings arranged within days, of which they selected the best, did all the background checks and had a tenant move in double-quick. At every stage the process went smoothly and efficiently, with regular contact and updates. I always felt confident that the whole process was being well managed not only from my own point of view but therefore, and importantly, from my tenants point of view.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleCouldn't recommend them more highly. After having a bad experience last year with another local estate agent we were apprehensive about trying to sell our property again. However Dixons we're both professional and friendly from the start. Grace came out for the initial appointment and took some great photos of our property. Once on the market they were quick to get us viewings. Amanda then showed everyone round and got us two offers the first day. We have now Sold subject to contract. They were great at communication and kept in regular contact.

Dixon’s and more importantly Chloe helped make moving so much easier, I felt like she cared just as much as I did about finding a flat that is perfect for me. They're always on top of things, quick to respond to problems/queries and keep vacant periods to an absolute minimum.
