He took the time to get to know us, and was particularly great with his communication throughout the whole process which was very important to us.
Not only did he manage to get a sale quickly, but he was also on hand whenever we needed him even after the flat was sold, particularly when we had some delays caused by management companies and solicitors, chasing things up and making sure it was always progressing.
I would recommend WR Estate Agents to anyone selling in and around Worcester, as Scott is professional, a great communicator and a friendly individual who will help with the entire process, even things you wouldn't expect your estate agent to do.

GoogleWe honestly cannot recommend Scott highly enough.
The value for money you get with WR is second to none. Scott's rates are some of the most competitive in the market but you get so much more than with other agents.
From day 1 Scott was extremely professional. He sold our property for significantly above asking price in less than a week. He kept us up to date, regularly checked in with us after the sale to ensure it was progressing as planned and gave us heaps of invaluable advice on our own search. Our search wasn't the smoothest but Scott was always willing to go that extra mile to help us.
In the end, Scott negotiated the purchase of our new house absolutely brilliantly on our behalf and we secured it after negotiations with the sellers for less than we were considering opening our offer with.
We are very happy clients and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott to anyone we know. If we move again, we wouldn't consider anyone else.

They sold our house very quickly, getting the right people through the door who were actually proceedable (unlike what we had a few years back with another agent). When the seller pulled out, they were quick and efficient on getting it back on the market again, and it sold again after less than 2 weeks! We completed last week and couldn't have done it without Scott, Jenny and Abi. They kept us updated throughout, sometimes quicker than our solicitor, making the whole thing fairly stress free.
