Scott has been brilliant throughout the whole sale process, keeping both myself and my buyer updated and providing comfort and clarity during some tricky situations. He negotiated a great price for my property, his fees are very reasonable and the service has been second to none. Furthermore , the marketing and photography is excellent too, which can make all the difference. I would hands down recommend WR Estate Agents over any high street agent.

Scott was amazing. He really knows how to market a property in the best light. He handled every aspect of the sale professionally and seamlessly, liaising with solicitors and surveyors in order to keep things moving and making the process as stress free as possible. Our sale was a sensitive one, as it related to probate. Scott was understanding and compassionate. On top of everything his fees are so competitive and saved us thousands in comparison to other agents, who I can confidently say wouldn’t have provided anywhere near the same level of service. After ten months of dealing with the consequences of instructing another very well known national estate agent, we luckily found Scott. He used a proper photographer, he ensured presentation was right, he valued it appropriately. Unusually for an estate agent Scott is honest, upfront, clear and does what he says he will. He plans the best way to market your property to get the best price. Scott employs a great team, warm, bubbly and professional. Scott communicates well, he’s available by text and let’s you know in advance who you speak to should he be absent. Our sale was complicated, at times things got tricky, but Scott was always there, chasing the appropriate people. He’s respectful, not in anyway arrogant. He knows his stuff, but quietly and calmly. I’d use Scott again and recommend to friends and family who want a fast and smoothly managed sale.

We recently instructed Scott to sell our home in Kempsey and extremely pleased with the service he provided. He was the only estate agent we interviewed who had a clear strategy for the property marketing and it genuinely seemed liked he cared and wanted to do everything he could to get the house sold. He launched the property onto the market and organised an open day for viewings, this attracted a number of viewings and generated 3 offers and ended up selling above the asking price! He is the only estate agent in Worcester who provides a personal service and I could get hold of him for any questions or advice at any time. If I had the time I would love research to know if there was ever a slicker or swifter sale of a house. We engaged Scott at WR to sell our home as we had found a property we wanted be they already had interest from more established buyers so we needed to get the right price for our property and in a timely fashion. Scott met us on a Thursday to see the house and to talk about options and to understand what we wanted not only in a price but in a buyer. We had an offer at asking price from a great established buyer with no chain the following day which we accepted. Our property never even made it online. Scott knows his market, knows his area and has a great way about him that you don’t feel like you are being managed to sold to. I have recently purchased a house whereby Scott was the estate agent. He was really helpful throughout the entire process answering any query that I had and doing plenty of chasing on my behalf when I couldn’t get answers myself. Would recommend WR Estate Agents to anyone. Scott & Jenny have been fantastic from start to finish with helping with our house sale. Hearing friends experiences with other Estate agents, we were expecting the same but from the first conversation we had with Scott we couldn't fault! WR has such hands on approach and you can really tell they love what they do. The minute a viewing has taken place they will update you to say that they've left the property & how they think it went. You will then get a proper update once the people viewing your house have given WR formal feedback. Every step is communicated & you are never left in the dark.
