Brooke was amazing from start to finish - she was very friendly, very responsive and managed to arrange a visit at the only time that worked for us. She also kept us updated and tried to help speeding up the process. Definitely recommend her if you need any help :)

GoogleMy friend and her mom came in to look at some properties, while I was shopping at Crowngate - came in and an employee, Ella, dismissed them and when a new couple came in after them, she helped them first, they thought that maybe the couple had an appointment and just sat down to wait. As soon as they sat down they were told "What are you doing here? Are you here just to sit down?" My friend and her mom are black and the couple were white, I came in when my friend's mom was reprimanding the racist lady. I was utterly horrified and I still am. Do better.
We are most concerned to read your review and of course take any allegation of this nature very seriously. Please can you arrange for your friend and mother to contact directors@chancellors.co.uk with their account of events and we will instigate a full investigation. Additionally we can of course also arrange for their enquiry to be dealt with by an alternative colleague while the investigation is underway.

I want to make a special mention about Carmen Whitlock who supervised two of our viewing . She is prompt,knowledgeable and understood our needs as a young family .Though we finally settled on another home , we highly recommend Carmen and chancellors to anyone new in Worcester.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend chancellors Worcester, issues from the beginning, tried to hand in my notice during the cooling off period but gave them the benefit of the doubt, they: - Overvalued my house to secure my listing, they valued 325k, we’re at 280k now and even that’s too much. - Told us they had someone to view to get us to sign the contract quickly. - Locked us into a crazy 24 week contract. - Advertised my house as a flat - Advertised my house as a leasehold - Advertised my house as a converted manor home - Advertised my house as an end mews with its own entrance - Brochure full of spelling mistakes - Bad communication from agents - Booked in viewings, told me the incorrect time and lied that it was the viewers turning up early. - Asked them to change a simple photo, ended up uploading two of them lol. - Low quality description, house is described as having its ‘own entrance’ - duh? - They posted my ‘Why I love it’ twice in the description, I ended up having to point it out the them 8 days later. - Rude picking up the phone. - Passive aggressive via email.

I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.
