GoogleWe purchased a property through Andrews and dealt with Matt and David. They made the process pain free and were always there to talk to. Their service was outstanding and we would 100% recommend anyone to buy a property through them. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were updated and happy throughout. They are such lovely people and were a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars from us!!!

GoogleTwo years last October that my mother's flat went on the market and this agent has done absolutely nothing to promote it at all. All we have had is excuse after excuse and requests to lower the price while similar flats in the same block have come on the market and been sold in the interim. No attempt to come back and re-photograph the flat since it has been emptied. I am NOT impressed.

GoogleWhat a fantastic Estate agent. They helped me through my lowest moment. Moving house is a stressful time. But the whole team where with me all the time. From valuation to exchange they chased everything for me. Always there to help, even late in the evening. The team are very professional and know how to handle people. Just a very big Thankyou to Tracy, we talked everyday. Julia in keeping me calm and finding buyers for me. David and Matt who did a lot behind the scenes. I know I was a pain, with all the downs I had. But you all kept me going with our laughter. During my stressful time. I hope my completion goes well. I would recommend this Estate Agent. GoogleI had poor availability to see properties but they were able to tee up five places back to back so I could get a feel for the whole area in no more than an hour. This was very useful and I ultimately saw a couple I wanted to know more about. They facilitated that, I made an offer and I've since moved! Communication was great throughout. Can't fault anything. GoogleGreat service. Always really responsive, kind, professional, patient and fair. They clearly know their market and are very honest and upfront to help decide on every course of action. I bought my first home through them and without their guidance I don’t think it would have come off. I’ve also sought advice on current house prices/ market/ investments etc and out of the six agents I spoke to, they were in a different league completely.
