Hi, so sorry that you feel disappointed with our service. We only have one email from you - the one requesting information on the Ventnor property - and that was through Zoopla on Saturday (4th). We had to request some clarity from the vendor on the answer to your question, and they are away currently so we did that on email - they replied on Sunday, and we were closed on Monday for the bank holiday, so we replied to you on Tuesday (7th). It is slightly longer than we would ordinarily like to take, so apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you would like any further info on the Ventnor house or any of our other properties, please do get in touch.
