Booked to view a property. Turned up to undertake the viewing two days after booking. No one there. Called the office was told that someone was on the way. Then nothing. Called again and was then told the office had cancelled the viewing and I’d been emailed. When I explained I hadn’t left an email I was told aww sorry! Avoid this place what a joke!

Meyers were actually our sellers estate agents. Without Claire's support and intervention I am not sure if we would have continued with our house purchase. Exceptional service from Meyers Estate Agents. Claire was fantastic from start to finish, incredibly helpful and friendly. We were relocating from Manchester, so logistically it wasn't the easiest of moves, but it was made as seamless as possible, due to the hard work and commitment from Meyers. Claire went above and beyond what is expected from an estate agent, and was readily available to answer any questions and offer advise whilst we were back in Manchester. Claire was very quick with all responses, and all communication was second to none. Claire liased with our estate agents who were selling our property, removing any additional stress from ourselves. I can highly reccomend Claire and Richard who have just sold Mum's bungalow on our behalf. Claire went over and beyond her normal duties, due to timewasters pulling out at the last minute, she stuck with our instructions and came up trumps. It has been a very difficult sale,yet both Claire and Richard guided and supported me every step of the way,including the probate. Claire and Nikki were absolutely brilliant when we purchased our house through Meyers. As is often the case with conveyancers and long chains(!), it all got a bit stressful towards the end, but Claire was a force of nature, contacting solicitors up and down the chain to ensure it all went through on time for us. If there was a sixth star I would have chosen it too. Brad was selling my house in Marnhull and did a wonderful job. At every point he went far beyond the call of duty even ensuring my removal day went smoothly as I was away. Since the sale he’s even liaised between me and the buyer over mail that was accidentally delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brad to anyone as a professional and more importantly straightforward and honest estate agent and indeed person.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value By the time we had found Meyers we had totally lost all faith in Estate agents. We had tried several local to us (some big names in Dorset) and we were continually let down by poor candidate checks, disorganised viewings, poor advertising and that we were certainly not receiving the service promised. We were told to try Meyers by two friends and they did not disappoint! They had to deal with the fact we were very untrusting and disillusioned by our previous experiences with three other agents. Alex and his team were fantastic and kept us up to date every step of the way. Nothing was too much for them and they found serious buyers who were not going to mess us around again. I have absolutely nothing but praise and gratitude for Meyers and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell/buy. They will not let you down!

Great experience as a first time buyer with meyers , carrie was amazing she helped through out the whole process and was always very quick to answer to any queries I had within the process. Had a bit of trouble with some building regs in the beginning of the buying process and she was great when it came to getting back to me promptly and answering my emails and calls at all times , she was patient , and always more than happy to help me and she just made it a great experience all round ! Based on 25 years experience of estate agents (as a customer) I can whole heartedly recommend Claire and Richard at Meyers. They offer a phenomenal service which surpasses any other estate agents I've experienced. Claire continued to exceed my expectations with her perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. She couldn't have done more to support my elderly mother and I with my mother's sale and actually did far more than her job description including "fixing" my mother's television so she could watch the coronation! She was also an assertive advocate representing our situation with other parties involved with the move when they behaved badly. She kept me informed regularly about progress and recommended conveyancers, heating services and removals firms! If you want to sell your property or buy one in Wareham or Purbeck, don't go with any other agent!

Simply the best

Jon Williams (Weymouth) handled our sale and we had the utmost faith in him. Suzie was simply outstanding from the start of the process. My wife had engaged lots of the 'old breed' of estate agents, and to be honest they were boring, expensive and it seemed as if we were doing them a favour. She found Suzie who was the complete opposite; full of energy and passion from the start. We engaged the services of Suzie and she never let us down. Great photos, superb pitches on the usual selling sites. However, it was her immediate video on social media that found our buyers. Selling our home was not just about finances, we wanted to make sure the new owners were nice and would fit into village life.
