We recently purchased a property through Meyers, and if it had been any other estate agent, I’m really not sure it would have gone through. Dealing with solicitors of varying opinions and experiences can be quite trying, but Claire was exceptional from start to finish. She chased our chain through at every opportunity, always going well above and beyond. Every time we spoke to her, she knew exactly what was happening and she was always at the end of a phone, text or email. I can’t recommend Meyers enough, and if we do ever decide to move again (very unlikely as thanks to them we’ve found our dream home), Claire and Richard will be the first people we call.

I used Meyers estate agents back in 2023, after a death and selling a property as part of probate. Claire was fatastic and friendly, with great communication and easily reachable. Had a sale fall through, but sold easily after that at the time the interest rates sky rocketed and there was alot of uncertainty in the market. I also spoke with Richard who was also helpful. They put us intouch with conveyance solicitors who were both brilliant and affordable. I realy do recommend them for the local purbeck area.

I am very disappointed with my experience when trying to purchase a property through Redbrik. The agent Ben dealing with the sale had a clear motive for a cash sale ie not ourselves; and possessed a clear lack of transparency throughout the process. Important information was either withheld or only shared after repeated follow-ups, which made it difficult to make informed decisions. Communication was inconsistent, and when questions were raised, responses were often vague or incomplete. This created unnecessary stress and undermined trust. I would expect a higher level of honesty and openness from a ‘professional service’ and unfortunately, this fell well below expectations. Would not recommend using Redbrik to any of our friends and family or wider network.

If I could give 6 stars I would! After a negative experience with another local agent, Meyers was recommended. Absolutely first class service. Prompt, efficient, friendly and honest. Claire was an absolute star throughout and regularly went above and beyond what I expected. But everyone we dealt with Meyers was brilliant. Firstly the front line staff are brilliant and helpful. Sales team that support you once your offer to accepted are not great, they work sporadic hours and it caused issues with trades men getting access to give quotes for repairs highlighted on the house survey. They also use ‘Secure Move’ between me having an offer accepted and the surveyor visiting the property sustained considerable damage from a leak, the vendor refused to repair meaning I lost the £600 deposits when I pulled out. They say the secure move is a reservation fee, basically if you purchase a property through them and wish to pull out be prepared to burn £600.

I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne…

I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

Right from the start I felt very comfortable and positive about Meyers and as it turned out, they really had a challenging sale ahead of them. We chose Redbrik Estate Agents in Chesterfield to sell our house this summer based on a friend of a friend contact and recommendation. The lovely Jacqui whom was an extremely friendly no pressure professional gave us a fair and honest valuation and was most helpful and supportive with our decision making. Always quick to respond and assist. Our house sold within an 8 week period. From that point on we were guided by Natalie whom again was most supportive and friendly we both felt very safe with the entire in-house service that they provided nothing was too much trouble and advice at the ready. We had constant contact with updates and advice which we found extremely helpful as we are busy people. Solicitors, reports, appointments, assessments were all taken care of with no fuss. Appointments with feedback and a constant update was invaluable. Andrew then took care of the final stages of the process which again was all dealt with very smoothly.
