Thank you to both Tash and Sarah at Meyers who have been fantastic throughout the entire process 🧡 If you're thinking of selling, I would highly recommend them 😀. They use WhatsApp to keep you informed of everything concerning your sale and it makes it super easy to get hold of them.....they even reply when they should be on leave 😉 Excellent service and beautiful flowers 💐 when you finally get to exchange 😁

Did not inform of vital information regarding the property at any step in the process. We had to walk away after spending money on survey, mortgage valuation etc. Try to get you to use their broker, surveyor - probably in hope we'll just go through with the purchase. Very polite and helpful, but to get what they want and cagey in responses.

Great experience purchasing via Meyers, just wish I'd used them to sell as well, as my selling estate agent was terrible in comparison! Great communication from the Bournemouth team and very personable when showing me the property. Professional throughout, if I ever move again (which is NOT the plan!!), then I would use Meyers. 100% recommended.

Well what a waste of time - contacted Meyers through their 'web chat' corresponded with an initially helpful bloke called 'Jude' who confirmed the property I was interested in was still for sale - took my details & past them to the branch - oh & by the way i would like to view today - great service & I provided 5 star feedback. Three hours later & no call back from branch I 'web chatted' with 'Jude' again - what a difference - 'they will get back to you ASAP & before 8pm / call the local branch yourself & look up the number yourself. Now if he had responded with 'leave it with me - I will contact branch & prompt them & by the way here is their phone number' - then fair enough - but no - just defensive of the process. Not much customer centric service support there & when I did contact the branch the property appeared to be sold STC - so moral of story - call the branch direct & avoid web chat with a centralised team who added no value whatsoever. A disappointing experience that could have been handled so differently.From the other Trust Pilot reviews here Meyers are clearly good at what they do -but any organization is only as good as it's weakest link and last customer experience.

We purchased a property which was being marketed by Claire and Richard at Meyers Estate Agents and we found them to be professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Keeping us informed and up to date with the progress of our purchase and where necessary going out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly. We can thoroughly recommend their services, we personally have never come across this level of service from other agents. We think the most important factor that really stands out is that they care, it matters to them, they want the whole experience to go well for vendor and purchaser.

Our initial dealings with Meyers was excellent, prompt, polite and informative. However in the later stages of our negotiations nearer to exchange and completion a couple of issues arose that we feel were dealt with very much in the favour or of the vendors. Not that it affected the overall out come. Yes, we would use Meyers again!

Contacted Meyers from London as were recommended by friends who bought through them. We needed a rental in Weymouth to base in whilst we searched the property market. Meyers were brilliant and flexible and found us the perfect tental. As a owner of a rental property myself, I would want Meyers managing my property. They conducted a thorough inventory, made frequent checks on the property and we're responsive to both the renter and owner. A first class outfit. Highly recommend.
