GoogleAnnie was amazing and called to find out how our property search was going. Something that no other agents have done in our long search for a rental property. Thanks for that!! Very professional.

GoogleWe have contacted numerous letting agents in the Peterborough area who have promised to keep us updated in houses in the area. Firmin&Co have been they only company to keep to their word . They have rang me on a monthly basis to see if they could help. I can hand on heart say this team are very professional and when they say they will contact you they do just that. Staff are very polite and professional. PETERBOROUGH could do with more letting agents like these well done.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Tam and Annie, they are great people and work very hard to ensure everything goes smoothly - thank you for everything you have done for us! As a landlord I wanted to choose an agent I felt I could trust and as soon as I met Tam, I knew I could trust him and Firmin & Co to look after our property well. From beginning to end, Tam and Annie have gone over and above to assist us, with all aspects of renting out our property. I would not hesitate to recommend Firmin & Co to any landlord looking for an agent, the service they provide is brilliant!

GoogleThe agent that has been dealing with me is Annie-Lee at Firmin. She was very professional and respectful when I first met her and understood quickly what I was looking for. I was contacted every now and again to check how I was doing in my search for finding a rental property. She has remained entirely patient with me whilst I’ve been waiting for a confirmed date to move. Not once have I felt rushed or experienced any rudeness. Can’t recommend enough!

GoogleI have been dealing with Firmin & Co since they opened and have found them to be the best for both buying/selling properties and for letting. Everyone that I have dealt with really cares about you and doing a good job. Above all they know what they are talking about. The last house I sold would have made a loss if it had not been for Daniel knowing the market and achieving a great price. Why go anywhere else!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
