GoogleMoving into this property was hell for me. They refused to professionally clean the apartment, and when I raised the issue, they were completely dismissive and refused to do anything, so I ended up keeping quiet. There was no patio key, the second toilet was partially blocked, and even after pleading with them, they still refused to fix it. The extractor in the bathroom didn’t work, which caused mould to grow, and I had to buy damp seal and paint it myself because they weren’t concerned at all.
These frustrations made me terminate my contract, they tried to charge me £416 for cleaning, the same cleaning they refused to do when I moved in. Thankfully, the truth came out and they lost the claim.
This landlord and agency were dodgy and unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend them to anyone in Peterborough. Even if they offered me a house for free, I would reject and would rather sleep in the street

GoogleExcellent work Sobia . I had no idea that people like you still existed in the Letting Industry. You made this happen for us with your dedication and great work ethics. Even when the process seemed difficult you always say we are going to get there. Your kind words were very comforting. Load of blessings for you and we wish you great success in all your endeavours.
Firmin & Co, You have a brilliant worker , don’t lose her. Her Colleague that sits behind her was very supportive.
Thanks

GoogleThis organisation doesn't deserve even a 1 star. Very poor service and you need to be a bit careful of the present letting director. I used them for my first let and Tam was amazing but presently I won't touch them even with the longest pole.

GoogleCan’t recommend Firmin & Co highly enough, both Olivia and Tam were great with us, very helpful and a smooth transition. After dealing with some other letting agents whilst looking for a new place to live which I could only describe as unprofessional being polite, Olivia and Tam are both very good and I highly recommend Firmin & Co. Thanks again for helping us secure our new forever home.

GoogleIn all my years in renting I have never experienced such a professional, honest, empathetic and compassionate lettings agent, until I phoned to register my details with Firmin & Co and spoke with Annie.
From day one Annie has been absolutely amazing and has tried her best to find a home that suits me and my family. Annie has listened to my needs and I feel has supported me throughout in my search in finding a suitable home. Although I am still searching for a home Annie has been the only lettings agent who phones me frequently and has stuck with her word. I appreciate all your help and supportPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWhat can I say other than a great team, straight forward and easy to communicate with. The moving in process was the least stressful moving experience I have ever experienced. There was a few maintenance issues when I first moved into my property but these were app dealt with quickly and effectively within the first week of being in there.. Annie and team I can’t thank you enough, these little calls to see how you’re getting on makes a massive difference too!! Thanks againPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI'm posting even before my house has sold to thank Mia, Shay and the whole team at Firmin & Co. My sale is not straight forward and I was dreading the usual "estate agent" service but I landed on my feet with these guys, what a relief to actually find an agent that will actually work wth you, listen to you and act at every time in my best intentions. Thanks very much you've gone over an above my expectations, and i'll recommed you highly to everyone I speak with.

GoogleA massive thank you to Tam and Annie for their help with finding me a tenant in two days!!! After a less than positive experience with another local agent, I was almost at the point of giving up but decided to try Firmin & Co after Annie had called round one day and asked if I needed help with renting my property. Everything was sorted out extremely efficiently and my tenant had moved into my property less than two weeks after my first appointment with Tam. Absolutely amazing, would highly recommend.

GoogleNothing but praise for Firmin & Co, a very professional Estate Agent with extremely helpful staff. During the time I’d been looking for a property to rent they hadn’t been one of the companies I’d originally approached, I’d highly recommend anyone else looking to rent to make sure they’re the first Agent they go to.
I dealt with Annie who showed me around the property and guided me through the whole application process, Annie was wonderful, she was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable.
Firmin & Co are right up to date with their processes with their entire application process being carried out online, something I was very impressed with.
Absolutely the best Estate Agent I came across during my search for a property!!

GoogleFrom viewing the property to picking up the keys and arranging our first inspection, Firmin and Co have been brilliant. Annie has been amazingly helpful in answering all our questions and this has been the best experience we have had when letting a property, miles better than any other letting agency in Peterborough and we have dealt with a fair few. We love our new home, thank you so much!

GoogleApart from Sobia, which was nice during the interactions, there's nothing positive to say about them. I was 6 months without heating during winter. After explaining the payment delay, they gave me 1 month notice to leave the property. Had to sell my furniture for pennies and left a brand new washing machine and fridge that couldn't sell. It's just another company to feed of you.

Googlewe set Annie the agonising task of finding us a rental that would accept dogs. (as we all know how hard that is) Annie went above and beyond to try and fulfill our requirements. This lady is a true credit to this company and her dedication, professionalism, and helpfulness in trying to find properties is exemplary.

GoogleAnnie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was friendly on the phone and sympathetic to my family’s circumstances. I’d definitely recommend this letting agent. A massive plus for me was that she actually called back soon after I left a message - something a lot of other agents haven’t bothered to do in my experience!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
