FacebookWe recently bought a property with Daniel Johns help. A wonderful and delightful experience, especially as Daniel was available to answer all our questions and allow multiple viewings. Would definitely recommend Chancellors for buying and selling.

FacebookPoor communication. Slow at getting things done. Don’t come back to you. Bad photography and then when we tried to exit our contract under the cooling off period they told us this was not relevant as we signed online and not in person!!! Would never recommend anybody to think about using them. Very unprofessional company. Very bad experience. Utterly disgusted with the company as a whole. So we had no viewings the whole time it was marketed. and now they are trying to sting us for £400!!! This has left a really bitter taste in my mouth. I know a lot of people in the area looking to sell and will definitely not be recommending you to anyone. They also left a full blown photograph of our 4 year old daughter online on the details and wondered why we asked for the property details to be removed from the website !!!

FacebookUnder no circumstance rent or sell with this terrible unscrupulous company. They are about nothing but making a quick pound and they’re pure gorilla sales techniques are frankly scary

FacebookIt’s a shame to read so many poor reviews when I have received excellent service from my property manager Tegan Ellis who has been trying to help sort out a repair for an oven. She has been incredibly helpful, polite and got the job done.

GoogleFrom the moment that Emma walked through the door of our beloved first-time buyer cottage and genuinely loved it, I knew we would be in safe hands. Adam thereafter was absolutely fantastic at communicating with us, keeping us informed of viewings and progress, and generally just being personable, reassuring, friendly and helpful. Chancellors sold our house in just over 2 weeks and we completed with no problems. They were professional, efficient, transparent and really approachable throughout, and based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch. Thank you all!

FacebookVery dishonest and unprofessional letting agents - possibly the worst of all. They have no clue what they are doing. Being a landlord for 10 years, I have never seen anyone like them and would definitely avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately, I had to learn it the hard way which costed me 2 months rent and loss of personal time chasing rent arrears from a tenant all because of their fault which they agreed to but gone back on it and denied to pay the losses.

FacebookThe worst Estate Agents I have ever dealt with in 10 years. So unprofessional and no one seems to have the slightest clue. I am constantly chasing for updates and reports that are outstanding. I am confused as to what I am paying for. Would definitely not renew my contract.

FacebookI have genuinely never encountered such bad customer service. Once an offer accepted they literally don't care about their clients. They don't keep in contact or chase up the buyers and they hand you over to a separate office so noone seems to know what's going on.

FacebookAbsolutely horrendous. If you're ok with breach of data protection and disclosure of your personal finances to your ex-husband, hey, go with Chancellors. They are SO inept, unbelievably arrogant, inordinately incompetent and even with numerous court demands, they refused to engage. At your peril.

FacebookAbsolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service. Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do. Plz plz plz do not deal with this company. You will regret your decision for ever

She had ideas and inspirations for us, before we even moved in. Nothing was a problem and she would always plan to see us, for viewings, when convenient with myself and my partner. Since we have lived here, Jayne has always gone above and beyond with helping us and sorting any problems out, highly recommended.

I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had. Also, the entire process was completed within a week! The help and efficiency I have received from Chancellors has taken the stress away from moving house!

FacebookPlease please every DO NOT USE chancellors,I used the slough branch for the sale of my house which has still not sold even after dropping the price nearly £50,000 and have had to withdraw in the sale as I have lost over £8000 on paying the mortage of a house that has been empty from my own pocket...i have told George that came to do the valuation on my house that I needed quick sale.He told me he could sell it very easily as it had alot to offer as a 3 bed semi and valued at £425000 back in April here we are in July dropping the price nearly £50000 with not a single offer.I am sure they are doing something wrong...are they over pricing or not doing viewing correctly are also very poor at communicating as send alot of emails and have make alot of calls regarding my sale when the eventually get into contect,very little back in return besides reassurance but still no offers.I am sure they get paid to sell my house which they haven't done as if i sell my house now I will be at a loss therefore I have had to withdraw my sale. They also have very high fees compared to other agent.SO PLEASE NOT USE CHANCELLORS WITH THE SALE OF YOUR HOUSE
