Honest, professional and friendly - in my 15 years of renting, the past 4 years with Woodleys has been by far the best - by a long way. You think that all letting agents are the same - but they’re absolutely not. So, I thoroughly recommend Woodleys to you. A special thank you to Nicola and Aidan…thank you so much guys!

Mark from Woodleys Estate Agents was brilliant when we purchased a house through them last summer. He couldn’t have been more help. Always available via phone and/or email, very prompt response times. Almost made the whole horrible process bearable. Mark was also good at recommending other services like solicitors & surveyors etc. Would definitely use again.

I used Woodley's estate agency for about 16 years. As I live abroad I rented my flat and they looked after it. Their service is excellent and if there were any issues they quickly fixed them. They always found the best tenants. When I …

Could not speak more highly of the service everyone at Woodleys has given and continues to provide. I have predominantly dealt with Mark, Aidan and Nicola for a variety of different buying and management needs and they are absolutely fantastic and give me real confidence and assurance.

One of the best letting agents I've ever had the pleasure of being a tenant with. Their team are friendly and helpful, and are setting the standards that all sales & letting agents should aim to achieve. I'd highly recommend them to anybody.

Woodleys helped me with my first purchase as a new landlord as selling agent, organising a mortgage, and then becoming my letting agent after purchase. The whole team are 5-star - friendly and efficient. Aidan in lettings was particularly helpful in sorting everything to get the property ready to let. I will continue to use them as I add more properties. Updated 2022 - Woodleys have now helped me with my second rental property getting it renovated and let out all in the space of a few weeks. Thanks again to Nicola and Aidan on lettings!

Whenever I contact the office, whoever answers the phone, I'm greeted with a very friendly and helpful voice on the other end. Aidan and Nicola look after the rental side of the business and go the extra mile to ensure that any issues are dealt with in a professional manner. They are very approachable, they have time for you, it's like talking to family. As I live in Cyprus with Aidan and Nicola looking after my rentals I know I'm in a very safe set of hands.

I have rented out my property for 6 years with Woodley's now. They keep you updated on a regular basis, with photos, they even have local repair men they use for all aspects of building work, plumbing etc, who are extremely reliable and professional. Nicola keeps me in touch with the property, and Aidan makes sure the rent is paid into my account each month. Billy the manager of Woodley's is also on hand for any other queries you may have. A very well organised professional team.

Over the past three years my Mother has used Woodley's for both renting and, most recently, buying a property. Over that time she has found them supportive, unfailingly helpful and totally professional.

I have bought and sold three properties through Woodleys Estate Agents the first being over 25 years ago and have used their rental management service for 15 years. During all this time I have never had cause to make a complaint and have always enjoyed the benefits, and peace of mind, of using such a trustworthy company. Their staff are friendly, reliable and professional. I have recommended Woodleys to friends who continue to be very happy with their service.

Lived in a property managed by Woodleys for 3 years over in Woodley, funnily enough. Really great agency and were fantastic to deal with. Any concerns were professionally managed, I'd recommend them to anyone.

I sold my property through Mark at Woodleys Estate Agents. I chose this agent above others, as the staff were all down to earth, professional, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge regarding the area, as had been established for many years. In these Covid times, I was concerned how we would go ahead with the process. I need not have worried. I moved out of my home for a week and Mark sold my house within 48 hours. He helped me with some additional negotiations along the way and always responded to me in a timely manner. Gareth came on board and took over the administering of a very small chain brilliantly. He understood my concerns and bought the whole process through to a positive completion. I have already recommended Woodleys Estate Agents on and would not hesitate in doing so again. Thank you guys for all of your efforts.

Easily the best Estate Agent in the area! We viewed 20+ properties with other agents many of who were REALLY poor. Inexperienced scruffy sales agents or just after a quick "deal". Woodleys were so much better! Mike and Mark took the time to understand our needs and worked with us to negotiate a fair deal on the property we purchased. Will definitely be selling our property with them in the future, but hopefully not for a while! :)
