TrustpilotPortico are great all round
I have always found the communications and emails from Samantha to be both informative but also interesting and relevant to me. I also love the Portico Places initiative, (who doesn't love a discount right!), but now I go to far more local places than I ever used to.

TrustpilotI recommend Portico wholeheartedly
I recommend Portico wholeheartedly. They have made the process of renting out my property (both via Airbnb and for short/long lets) extremely easy. They respond to emails promptly and efficiently and I have not had to concern myself with any of the 'nitty gritty'. DON'T HESITATE.... RING THEM!!

These are the worst property management company on the face of the planet, Michael Hookway, Matthew Gurkin and all the staff in the so called credit control dept, absolutely useless

Rented our flat through Portico, smooth process, would recommend. Simon the inventory manager made the move so easy on the day, working out of hours to help us move due to covid. The man deserves a medal or at least a class of rosè!

Great experience with the hammersmith office, and namely Melissa and Dominic - as they helped to ensure all safety protocols were strictly observed during lockdown. Very appreciative of the steps taken and improvements made to ensure all parties felt comfortable and safe!! Thank you!!

GoogleDodgy firm asking for bribery, they said they would secure the property I want to buy for a good deal if I give them 10k under table. Stay away from these crooks.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotAvoid
Avoid. Time wasters. I had 3 viewings organised days before and confirmed an hour before. Then outside the first property no-one turned up for the viewing, the office had no record of the viewings, and all 3 properties had actually already been let.Very very poor

TrustpilotBizarre
Rang Saturday lunch time to view a property. Rang for ages then someone hung up. Rang again, no answer. Emailed saying we want to view that day and can’t get through. Nothing. Tuesday at midday I get a call. Too late. Not using them

TrustpilotGreat house selling experience
Sean at Portico has been great, he has really put us at ease going through the process of buying a house. Sean found us a buyer within a few days of our house being on the market, it has been seamless.
