TrustpilotGreat letting agent
Everyone we have dealt with from the moment we viewed the property has been kind and helpful. Ieva our property manager has been incredibly helpful and fast to deal with any issues we have had with the house since living here. I would definitely recommend living in a Portico Managed property.

I have been really impressed with Lara at Portico who has managed my Airbnb property. She always responds to emails in a timely manner and is always willing to support me in anything I ask for. Nothing ever seems to be a problem, so has a 'can do' attitude, which I have really valued.

TrustpilotRude and unpleasant company
Rude and unpleasant staff. Unhelpful both to the landlord and tenant resulting in both parties deciding not to use Portico moving forward.Threatening in their emails and incompetent at pretty much all things expected of an estate agency. Highly recommend looking at the likes of Aston Rowe who have been far more helpful.

TrustpilotSuccessfully let our property - very responsive agent.
We used Portico Islington to let a flat in Clerkenwell recently. They were responsive to queries and kept us fully informed on progress regarding viewings etc. (including Molly responding out of hours over email). Suitable tenants were found quickly and the appropriate reference checks etc. done within a few days. Very pleased with the service.

Samuel Johnson provided amazing customer services skills and was able to communicate and answer me and my daughters questions quickly and effectively. During the COVID-19 lockdown he was still able to contact us and when I wasn’t able to travel, he made sure I received documents some way and some how.

I am a mortgage advisor and i have heard the best opinions about Portico from others in the past. However, I had the pleasure of being assisted by an Portico agent (Lettings agent) He was great, efficient, friendly. Also the Portico technology was very swift and easy to use.
