Tom Housman and Megan Squire @ Portico were very helpful in my search for long term and short term lets for my property. Tom looked after my flat via Airbnb but also liaised and advised on more long term solutions. I am looking to rent out my flat and move out of London. Tom and Megan Squire advised me and were extremely helpful in researching the available options.

TrustpilotLack Of Repairs - AVOID!
Portico do not have sufficient resources to carry out property repairs on time, or at all. The property manager cannot be contacted by phone (prefers to hide behind emails), never rings you back and rarely responds to emails. They might come across very professional and promise a great service, but once you sign the tenancy agreement, and they get their commission, they don't care anymore.

I had an extremely challenging first-time purchase, with lots of difficulties thrown up by the lender etc. Sanyah and Sean at Portico - and Steve in their Finance department - were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the five months that it took to get it over the line. I couldn't have done it without them and am very grateful for their support and professionalism.

I have checked out my property in March 2020and now being November I am still waiting for my weight was it with no update and no information at all on portico I am disgusted on how I have been treated after paying all the fees at the start of the contract happily taking it but providing me a very poor service when checking out .Rhay

She attempted to ring and email me to make sure I was aware the payment hadn't been made at the time and to check my details were correct. I appreciated her persistence and speed of sorting the matter once it had been discovered.

I have found the service given has always been friendly, professional, efficient and very helpful, no matter what my queries or requests were.Portico currently deal with my property and as a landlord, I find that they take all of the stress away from the legal compliance issues and always give me the best advice.

Since my review on 6th June I have emailed Portico again, to sort out the problem. In my email I wrote that a quick google to look at the reviews from Portico shows that our case is not standalone. Since then, they miraculously have loads of good reviews. This sums up Portico in one. Don’t fool for it, they are the worst agency in the UK.

While searching for flats, the jerks insulted me for my age, selectively picked hell holes to rent, its clear they hate asians, despite the mayor being asian, its selective discrimination Their also a rip off their agency fee is extortionate like everything in London

TrustpilotThe worst estate agents in London
The worst estate agents in London - I am still waiting to receive my deposit back even though I moved out 15 days ago. I have tried contacting the agents numerous times to no avail. The people who work here are careless and withholding money from me - I have had to open a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
