GoogleFantastic service from Lloyds Residential. Our house was sold within 10 days of contacting them! (It had previously been on the market for 3 months with only 2 viewings). Dan gave great advice about how to get lots of people viewing the property but wasn’t pushy as to what we should sell for. He dealt with everything from making the brochure to hosting the viewing day, whilst we went out for the day. He then recommended a solicitor who was equally on the ball. Following the offer Patrick continued to work with us, giving advice and making sure the house completed swiftly. Thank you for all your help in selling our house we couldn’t have asked for more.

First I was very impressed with the tennants Daniel found which stayed for 7 years and then when we sold our house because of divorce Daniel stood very professionally to both sides even then. If I ever go back on the property ladder, I would only come back to them because through those years, I gained trust, professionalism, honesty, and brilliant advice on finances.

From the very start, they try their hardest to help find the best property for you, whether you’re looking for a long or short term let. They keep in constant communication with you, they call you as soon as new properties come on the market and arrange viewings at your convenience. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful but what makes Lloyds stand out is how professional they are and how they go above and beyond to help you find what you’re looking for and after that, when you’re ready to move, they explain each step and the docs you sign and why so you’re always in the know. No pressure. Moving isn’t just stressful, it’s daunting too but with Lloyds, you’re in good hands. They support you throughout, answer all your questions swiftly and if you choose and move into a property that is managed by them as well, even better! Lloyds made my move hassle-free and there’s always a contact name given so you can reach them when you need to should anything arise which gives you peace of mind. 100% recommend Lloyds to anyone who’s had bad experiences in the past with other estate agents. These estate agents are totally different, especially Patrick, Daniel and Sam. They genuinely want to help you and find you a really good place to live that meets your needs and your budget. They even helped with finding decorators, plumbers, etc for me so that my move from Cornwall to Essex became bearable. GoogleIt is a miserable agency that at the end of the rental contract does not return the deposit. I advise you to avoid this agency For four years I paid the money for the rent into the bank account of this agency. When I asked to return my deposit, they said that they have nothing to do with this house and that I should contact the owner
Dear Efim, I'm sorry to read your poor review of our company and do understand your frustration at this situation. However, your grievance is mis-directed as the return of your deposit is nothing to do with our agency. We are members of mydeposits and your deposit was sent to them at the start of your tenancy. The return of it is down to their procedures, firstly you need to request it's return within 14 days, this was not done. Your landlord paid for an independent inventory and check in report, with the same company carrying out a check out report. Within this report there were several things that your landlord was unhappy about, once again this is nothing to do with our company. We did not manage this property so are completely uninvolved with this situation. To assist you, in the hope of you removing this unfair poor review, I can confirm that the current status of your deposit, according to My deposits is that you, or one of your co-tenants have been notified of your landlords proposed deductions. They are waiting for you to respond to them as to whether you agree with them or not. If you don't agree you need to respond to their e mail stating your reasons. If you don't agree this will raise a dispute and Mydeposits will determine the outcome. This information is provided to tenants at the beginning of their tenancy and at the end, once again, I reiterate, this is nothing to do with Lloyds Residential, we are not involved in the dispute in any way shape or form.
