Dear Bee Elf, we have tried to look through our records, it concerns us that no member of staff recognises you or thinks you have been in contact with our business despite your unusual identity of: “Bee Elf”, we note that you have only posted one other review also anonymous for a hairdresser fifty miles away in Cambridge and it seems a little unusual if you were local to be travelling 50 miles to visit a hairdresser, especially during lockdown.
