Best service you could wish for .highly recommend. We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. Fantastic service received through Potter’s. Upon trying to find a home to rent with my partner, Potter’s consistently recommended properties to us and eventually, we found our wonderful home. I would particularly like to thank Donna for suggesting this property to us and being amazing throughout the whole process! Despite a few minor issues with our property, such as the toilet not fully flushing, these have been resolved within sooner than 24 hours, proving the team at Potter’s to be highly efficient and hard-working, all while being incredibly friendly and happy to help! The main reason we used Potters estate agent was because of the friendly almost bespoke service that you receive from them. All the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond what's expected. They guided us through the sale of our father's property and made it as easy as possible, especially when the purchaser required extra confirmation regarding some issues, Karen was an excellent mediator. Adam is very professional and kept us informed throughout the process and the company Owner Bradley was there to help too. Potters are a great local estate agents.

Potters Estate agents has been excellent throughout my 2 years tenancy. We mainly dealt with Donna for our queries. She answered all our queries and took quick actions whenever it was required. There was a difficult period when our building had fire safety issues. We had to evacuate the building immediately and stay at temporary accommodation. From first looking for a property in the Woodbridge area, Brad set us up with a property that we didn’t look twice at because we thought it wasn’t for us. We looked at it on a whim and fell in love and bought it. The whole process with buying one of the homes Potters had on the market was so seamless. I was used to dealing with stressed out pushy estate agents, so then dealing with Potters was a breath of fresh air. I used to look forward to the start of the week and having Sally to deal with about any queries. She was always so patient and friendly. On his first visit he calmly explained how he and his business ran and we had finally found the right agent. He listened to what we wanted and done exactly what he said, he and the team would do. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Potters Estate Agent. Their professionalism, expertise and knowledge are second to none. Every member of the team that I had dealings with, from getting my initial valuation with Brad, to being supported throughout, were fantastic.
