Of the 4 agents we invited to value our property we liked Cornerstones approach the most. They advised us to go with a realistic valuation in order to attract the maximum number of interested parties, who would in turn submit competitive offers to reach the property's true market value. This worked for us but we were fortunate that 3 offers were submitted within the same week. The team at Cornerstone have maintained excellent communication during the process of going to market, booking viewings and during this time of being sold subject to contract with verbal conversations invariably followed up with a text and/or email to ensure there is no misunderstanding. During the quiet spell in the run up to Christmas and until the new year was underway we were honestly informed what was going on with the market and gently reassured. We are not purchasing through Cornerstone and the contrast in approach between them and our vendor's estate agent is markedly different.

Cornerstone were spot on from start to finish. David sold us our house when he worked for a previous agent in Woodbridge, and it was very much HIM that we wanted to sell it again when we moved, not the agency. He had in fact founded Cornerstone by then anyway, so he and the close-knit team had us on the market and sold in no time. The team knew our case inside out and so we never found ourselves having to repeat anything or passed from pillar to post. We were also given some great recommendations on other 3rd parties like EPC certificators, Surveyors and Solicitors, all of which were also brilliant. All in all, Cornerstone really made our move very easy, and will be our first choice again next time around! David also sold my father's house and he had the same feedback :)

In this new digital age you might find it tempting to use cheaper online estate agent services but I was so pleased we found Cornerstone . The team at Cornerstone are very professional , I was impressed on a number of levels , the presentation and speed was great , we had David communicating with potential clients before he even left the from our first appointment . Experience shines through at cornerstone , they know the market and client base well. Their approach to the process of buying and selling via an estate agent is a refined and well thought process , they really take a lot of the stress out of a some time stressful process.
