Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, albeit not a favourable one, but it would appear we're not the first estate agent you've had this issue with having looked back on your previous posted reviews.
I've listened to the 35-second phone call and confirm that, like you, we work six days a week and it's unfortunate that it's the same day we have off. If you'd given him the chance, Graham; who you spoke to so briefly yesterday, would have gone on to say that although we're closed we can accommodate some Sunday viewings, (he did one himself last weekend actually!), and we always give our clients the option to do a viewing themselves if we cannot make it.
We wish you all the best with your property search and should you decide to call back I'd be happy to deal with you personally and ensure we get a viewing arranged for you at your convenience.
