The most important thing to me was that I could trust them to have my interest as their number 1 priority. Rory was straightforward from the start and gave me good advice and realistic expectations with regards to the valuation of my house. Bhavik was so supportive and kept me fully up to date with what was happening with my house at all times. What a team. They have been great and it was evident throughout that they have high standards of customer care.

Excellent service

From the valuation to the property being sold the staff were all extremely helpful. We had quite a few problems throughout and they did everything that they could to support both myself and our buyer. It was touch and go whether our sale went through in time but Kirsty was so helpful doing everything she could, even persuading our developer to let us have access to our property early. We would 100% recommend.

You’ll Move With Your Move

We had a lucky time of things with our house getting sold fairly fast considering the market was flat. Gravesend Your Move has an ecliptic team of sales reps, all with their own unique techniques at getting you sold and moved. The branch manager is approachable and quick to respond and we found he worked out of hours to solve some minor issues we had with our buyer. All staff are professional and Sacha is incredibly experienced and knows the estate agency business inside out! Taylor is a people person and has great customer service skills. Overall, we are pleased we picked Your Move to sell through, having dealt with a few clowns in the past, it was a relief to sell through an agent that was grounded, practical and efficient.

Really unhappy, fraud and illegal practises at Your move SOUTHSEA

Update, as per their complaints procedure complaints should be dealt with quickly and resolve your complaint immediately, no later than 5 working days. Branch manager has gone on holiday and chose to ignore and not acknowledge my complaint giving me the incorrect information that she had 15 days to respond to me. Inexperienced knowledge of the complaints procedure, offering illegal rent in advance (law came into affect 11th May, i was offered on the 15th )and with holding a holding fee illegal under the tenancy fee act 2019. Not to mention they blamed my experience of lapse communication ect on the guy given to me because he was new and inexperienced. That is what training is for. Shame on this branch for choosing to ignore me disgusting behaviour.

Horrible service on multiple occasions…

Horrible service on multiple occasions back to back. They schedule appointments foe viewing and do not turn up. When you call them, the person on the line says they are not from the lettings dept and therefore your call falls on deaf ears. They falsely claim they have left voice mails. They deliberately misspell email addresses and say they have sent appointment cancellation emails. To clairify, these emails are sent 15 minutes before the appointment. The so called representative said the property has been removed from the market. If that is the case, then why waste our time with appointments. I strongly suspect this is click bait for properties not on their portfolio. Disgusting service from a fly by night quack estate agent.

I had contacted them about renting a house. Two days before moving in, they rejected my application based on a misrepresentation of a material fact. They wanted to retain my holding deposit, but they returned it after I threatened to sue them. They are a waste of time and poor services too.
