I can not praise the mortgage advisor Will Morgan enough in this store. He offers the best and works incredibly hard and late to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this man to anyone interested in finding a mortgage. He truly is 5*!

They don't give a specific appointment time for the surveyor to come. I had to take a hole day off work and the guy was only there 5 mins. Very low valuation also, 25% less than two other recent reports by different firms.

Rude customer service, inflexible, they'll only book an appointment the night before and will only call between the hours of 8-2. So difficult to deal with. If I were you I'd find a company that is much easier to do business with.

As a house buyer i would never advise anyone to sell through Connells. I have enquired about three diferent properties with three different branches. Each time there was no one available from the sales team, left my details and was never called back. Absolute waste of time.

poor customer service as local branch staff (colchester) does not even make any effort to ratify their mistake which has caused the landlord not receiving her rent for 5 months. Very inconsiderable and unprofessional, not worth for the fee that they are charging
