Hello Saffron, I am sorry you have given us a 1* review, I know you were frustrated with the boiler issue. The boiler code was advising there was not pressure, we would always advise how you can rectify this as it’s the quickest and easiest way, it also does not require an engineer. We appreciate the key was not working, the landlord was contacted and an engineer sent to you within the same day and this was resolved. Thank you Belvoir Property Management

Hello Ionel I am sorry you feel the need to review our company in this way, as mentioned the issues you have encountered have not actually been down to Belvoir Wolverhampton, I of course cannot go into this on line due to data protection reasons, however the above review does not reflect the service as discussed its just the outcome you received was not the outcome you had hoped for which we cannot change.
