YourMove Wollaton compared extremely favourably with 2 other Estate Agents we’d used. They gave good realistic advice, they were extremely good at communicating quickly. Emily & Ally were very responsive and held the Sale together very well. On the day that the lifting of the first full lockdown was announced, Jordan was on the phone discussing freshly marketing the house, new photos as the garden was more colourful. He arrived the 1st day permitted to do this. I’d have no hesitation in recommending YourMove Wollaton

Big thank you to Aly @ wollaton we recently purchased a property from her and was overwhelmed with her help. Although we did not pay for Alys services as we was the purchasers she was constantly keeping us updated with the chain and dealt with all issues effectively and fast. We was in our new home 8 weeks after our offer being excepted I have been a property developer for 25 years and in this time she is the best negotiator I have come across and a true asset to the company. Even though we were the buyers Ally and the the supporting team were extreme helpful and responsive to our concerns both before and after we put in an offer. Having not bought a house in the UK before we were somewhat green to the process. Ally was extremely helpful with this and made it clear any concerns we had she was more than happy to take the time to explain to our satisfaction. We took her up on this suggestion and honestly she went beyond our expectations. This level of customer service is something many organisations would do well to mirror. We have nothing but a positive mindset towards Your Move Estate Agents in Wollaton and should we need Estate Agent Services in the future they will certainly be our first choice.

Ally at your move was exceptionally supportive and helpful to us as first time buyers. She made the process easy and helped us to understand the different steps to buying a house as a first time buyer. We had a few hiccups along the way but these were issues that were out of the estate agents hands and Ally always worked rapidly to attend to any issues that arose and excelled at communicating to us around our busy work schedule. Ally is very approachable and communicative and we are thankful she took us on. Rob Hall at your move also helped us with our mortgage. We have used Rightmove Wollaton twice and cant recommend highly enough.The staff are excellent, always polite, they go above n beyond going up n down the chain contacting other parties sometimes 3 times a day and always get back to you with info n always return calls.Very professional.All staff are excellent but a huge shout out to Ally B who looked after us both moves.Cannot fault this agent

Absoutely atrocious service. We rented through them for two and a half years, causing them no problems, however when it came to renewing for the final time we requested a rolling monthly break clause to allow us to serve notice for when we bought our own place. Now they are either knowingly deceitful or thoroughly incompetent, as the details which were agreed in email conversation did not translate into the contract. We were then pressured into signing a contract that was not watertight enough in its wording and as such we were forced to pay an extra month's rent on top of what was agreed previously before moving out. Avoid!!!!

Don't even bother applying for a job/apprenticeship, it's a waste of time. The whole experience was dull,making me feel uncomfortable and small like I shouldn't even be there. Lack of enthusiasm and warmth towards me made me question if I should even pursue in the future my passion for this industry. Hopefully in the future they will learn from this and change their attitudes.
